This place seriously has the best staff, especially Sonia. She's like always there to lend a hand and her customer service game is on point. I've been coming here for like ten years, and every time I finish paying off my loan, Sonia's like "Hey, you can borrow again!" It's always a treat coming here because everyone working here is super nice and polite. Thanks for always hooking it up with awesome service!

The people who work at this place are amazing, especially the manager, Karen. She really went out of her way to help me when I was struggling financially. Karen was always so cheerful, helpful, and professional every time I talked to her. The other staff members were also really friendly and know what they're doing. I am so thankful for the awesome customer service I received from Check Into Cash in Shelbyville.
Meeting Morghan
I went to the store and let me tell you, this lady Morghan was the absolute coolest! She greeted me before I even got a chance to say anything, and she even knew my name! Quick and easy service
I had no problems with the service, it was all quick and easy to understand. But when I called to change my loan payback date, the person I talked to was eating and talking with food in their mouth, and I thought that was kinda unprofessional and gross. But overall, I'm happy with how everything went as a borrower.
Loan assistance
I just visited the place and got really great help from the assistant manager, Kaylee Goede, and the area manager, Deanna Beasley. They made everything so smooth and easy for me, even though it could have been awkward needing financial help. Their professionalism and friendliness really made me feel comfortable. I would definitely suggest this spot to anyone looking for this kind of service.
Quick loan approval
I just wanted to share that I was able to get my loan approved really fast and easily thanks to the awesome and super helpful staff here. At first, there was a little hiccup with the system showing I still had a loan outstanding, but they were able to sort it out right away. I would definitely recommend checking out this place and shout out to Angelica for being amazing!

My recent experience with the company at their new location on Avalon Ave. in Muscle Shoals, AL was seriously disappointing. The lady at the counter, Wendy Webber, was incredibly rude and showed blatant disrespect towards black customers. As a customer, I value being treated with respect and dignity, no matter my race or background. It's not okay for any customer to deal with discrimination just trying to access financial services. I think it's really important to speak up against this kind of behavior and make sure companies are held responsible for what they do. So, I've decided to start looking for another company to take care of my loan needs because I can't support a business that tolerates or ignores discriminatory actions.
