Mediocre Experience with Future Inc.
I've had a pretty mixed experience with Future, to be honest. On one hand, they have a pretty wide selection of products and their website is easy to navigate. However, I've had some issues with their customer service and delivery times.
One time, I placed an order for a new computer and it was supposed to arrive within a week. However, it ended up getting delayed for over two weeks and I had to call customer service multiple times to try and figure out what was going on. They were apologetic and eventually did give me a small refund for the inconvenience, but it was still a frustrating experience.
Another issue I've had is that their prices can be a bit on the higher side compared to other online retailers. I've found that if you're willing to do a bit of digging, you can often find the same product for a lower price elsewhere.
Overall, while I do appreciate the wide selection of products they offer, the issues with customer service and delivery times, along with the higher prices, make me hesitant to recommend them to others. If you do decide to shop with Future, just be prepared for the possibility of some setbacks.Laptop purchase
I just bought a laptop from this company and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how everything went. Ordering online was a breeze, the website was super easy to use. The customer support team was really helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Plus, the price of the laptop was fair compared to other places, so I feel like I got a good deal. The laptop showed up in great shape and it came pretty quickly after I ordered it. All in all, I'm really happy with my new laptop and the whole shopping experience with this company was great.

I just got a subscription to a magazine from Future and I gotta say, I'm pretty blown away by how good the content is. Ordering from Future was a total nightmare. Their website was a mess, hard to figure out, and finding what I wanted was a headache. Plus, they didn't make it clear how much shipping would cost or when I'd actually get my stuff. When I asked for help, customer service basically brushed me off, which only made things worse. The prices weren't great, so I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth. And to make matters worse, my order took forever to arrive and showed up in beat-up packaging. All in all, dealing with Future was a huge letdown.
