Food delivery
I really enjoy getting food from this place because they have a ton of delicious choices! And if my order is messed up, they're always quick to fix it and make sure I'm satisfied. The best part is, their delivery estimates are usually spot on. Yeah, it can get a little expensive when you add up the cost of the food, taxes, delivery fee, and tip, but hey, it's worth it when I'm feeling lazy and don't feel like going out.
Quick dinner order
Ordering dinner when I'm feeling lazy is seriously a lifesaver. I just want to eat without overthinking it, you know? Seamless makes it super easy to scroll through all the choices and pick something without any extra stress. I'm loving it!
Food delivery
My food always arrives pretty fast, which is great. It's usually still warm, but sometimes it's not. The best part is I never have to worry about my food disappearing or someone snatching it!
Large pizza and garlic knots
I ordered a huge pizza and some garlic knots from this place and you know what happened? They totally flaked on the delivery! Can you believe that? I reached out to them and they promised a refund and a coupon, but did I ever get anything? Nope! I had to bug them multiple times and still no luck. Ugh, it's so annoying!
Large pizza order
My experience with Seamless was a total disaster. I ordered this huge pizza through their app and got emails and texts saying it was all good. But, when I got to the store, they had no idea about my order. Couldn't wait for them to make the pizzas, so I had to leave without them. They promised to refund my $87, but even after trying multiple times in the past 12 days, the money still hasn't shown back up on my credit card.
Delivery order
I've been using this delivery service for a while now, and I gotta say, things ain't what they used to be since they joined forces with another company. Back in the day, my deliveries were always on time and the drivers were friendly. Nowadays, my orders are showing up late, the drivers can't seem to get their message across, and my food is colder than an iceberg. And don't even get me started on the customer service - they barely give me any compensation for all the trouble, even though I'm paying big bucks for their services. It's pretty disappointing to see such a drop in quality, and I'm crossing my fingers that they start making some changes soon.
Frequent Account Lockouts
As someone who moves around quite a bit, switching addresses and neighborhoods every so often, Seamless has been a total headache for me with their account lockouts. In the last four years, there have been several times where out of nowhere my account gets blocked without any heads up. It just pops up saying my payment isn't working, which is super annoying and leaves me scratching my head.
Recent app experience
Unfortunately, my latest experience with the app hasn't been great. Over the past few months, I've encountered a bunch of issues that have made me not want to use the service anymore. The problems vary from prices changing all the time, to service quality being all over the place, to deliveries being late. With the overall user experience going downhill, I've made the decision to stop using the app completely.
Quick and Convenient Food Delivery
As someone who's been using this service for a while now, I've always found it super convenient to order from them. Lately though, the deliveries have been pretty disappointing. Even after being a loyal customer for 5 years, I've had to deal with multiple late deliveries and missing items. The customer service hasn't been very helpful either, making me feel like they don't really care about my business. Because of this, I'm thinking about trying out other food delivery services like Uber Eats.
Overcharged for fees and tips
Be careful when you order because they might sneak in extra charges and tips without even asking you first. And if you try to cancel, forget about getting your money back - they'll only give you credit for next time. Dealing with customer service is a total nightmare. I'd suggest steering clear to avoid getting scammed.
My order got messed up
I ordered my food and the delivery person ended up dropping it off at the wrong place. I showed them proof that my address was correct, but they kept insisting it was my fault. It took talking to 3 different people before they finally fixed the issue. Definitely not cool. Customer service really needs to step it up!
Pizza order, Seamless confusion
I messed up recently by getting pizza through Seamless instead of going straight to the restaurant. I wanted to snag a good deal they were advertising, but when I showed up at Pizza Hut to grab my order, they had no clue what I was talking about. To make things worse, the price I paid on Seamless was more than if I had just ordered from Pizza Hut. It was super annoying and made me feel like I totally wasted my time and money.
Group order receipt issue
I had a pretty annoying experience with customer service on this platform recently. I was trying to get a receipt for a group order I paid for, but the person I talked to couldn't help me out. They said it was "private info that the platform couldn't get to." It was super frustrating and honestly, it left me feeling really unsatisfied with the service.

My experience with this food delivery service was a total letdown. The delivery times were all over the place, and it felt like the drivers were just sent out whenever, no rush. The customer service was the worst - two reps straight up lied about talking to the restaurant. This whole service needs a serious revamp. And don't even get me started on the extra fees, like adding insult to injury. It was a complete nightmare.
