Office Pens
We ordered 10 dozen office pens (that are hard to locate any more) and received the wrong product, instead of offering a free return like it states on their website (I would've just wanted an exchange for the correct product) - they are insisting on getting pictures etc. . . . . of the delivery which at this time I don't have a way to take a picture and upload to a computer to email. We sent the picture from their site of the product we ordered and the picture from their site of what we received.
After 4 emails we are done! Absolutely will never try this site again!We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Your order was refunded in full. We requested photos and information from you purely to identify what caused the issue in the first place, so it doesn’t happen to any of our other customers. We do apologize if this request was inconvenient and hope to do business with you again!

Office chair purchase
I recently bought an office chair from this company, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The chair itself is alright, but the whole process of ordering it was a complete nightmare. The website was so slow and full of bugs, which made it really frustrating to find and pick the chair I wanted. The customer service was not much better, the reps weren't helpful at all and didn't really care about my issues. And the prices were too high compared to other places. On top of that, the delivery took way longer than they said, so I was left without a chair for my home office for weeks. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience.

I was really let down by the office chair and desk I bought from this company. The chair got super uncomfortable and started squeaking after a few weeks. The desk was flimsy and poorly made, which made it hard to get stuff done. The quality just didn't match up with what they said on the website, and I ended up feeling pretty frustrated and wishing I hadn't bought them.
