Felix Gray: A Solid Choice for Eyewear
I recently purchased a pair of blue light blocking glasses from Felix Gray and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with the product. Before making the purchase, I did a lot of research on different companies and ultimately decided to go with Felix Gray.
One thing that really stood out to me about this company was their commitment to transparency. They clearly outline the science behind blue light and how it can affect your sleep and overall health. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of lens options and lens coatings to tailor the glasses to your specific needs.
As for the glasses themselves, they're definitely stylish and comfortable to wear. I've been wearing them for about a week now and I've noticed a difference in my sleep quality. I also feel less tired during the day, which I attribute to not being exposed to as much blue light before bed.
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from Felix Gray and would definitely recommend them to others. The customer service was also top notch and they have a convenient online ordering process. I just wish they had more physical stores so I could try on the glasses before buying, but the virtual try-on tool they have on their website is pretty helpful.Lost glasses situation
I ordered a pair of glasses a few weeks back and they ended up getting lost in the mail with USPS. So, I was feeling pretty frustrated and desperate. Finally, on the 23rd, I decided to shoot the company an email to see if there was anything they could do to help. To my surprise, they got back to me really fast and were super helpful. They ended up sending me a replacement pair right away, and I got them just in time for Christmas. The customer service was top-notch, and I'm so thankful for their quick response and willingness to assist me when things got tricky. Huge thanks to them!
Perfect frames, great customer service
The glasses are awesome and the customer service is amazing! At first, I got the wrong prescription (thanks a bunch, doctor) and the frames were a tad too small for my face. But, I was able to get a free refund and swap them out for a perfect pair without any trouble. Now, I’m rocking my glasses every day and loving life without those pesky contacts. The blue light filter is doing its job, keeping my eyes feeling less strained. The only downside is a subtle yellow tint that can make my eyes look a bit yellow in photos, but it’s not a big deal. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Stylish and Lightweight Glasses
The glasses I bought are really cool and not heavy at all, so they're super comfy to wear all day. Ever since I started sporting them, my eyes don't feel as tired and I'm not getting as many headaches. When my first pair ended up being too little, I had to swap them out, but the person I talked to was super on top of it and made the whole thing easy. The new glasses got to me fast, and I'm really happy with both the product and how helpful they were.
Stylish glasses, questionable quality
The glasses I bought were so cool and totally stepped up my style game. But then, after just a few months, I realized the quality wasn't all it was cracked up to be. They slipped off my face and broke, and to top it all off, the warranty I got was basically worthless. It didn't cover anything - not scratches, not breakage, not even if they went missing or got swiped. I really wish I had known that before shelling out cash for the warranty.

awesome customer service
The customer service here was absolutely fantastic! I was all over the place with what I wanted to order, but they were so patient and helpful throughout. I was amazed at how dedicated they were, especially Rio who really went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for.
