    I just bought a POS terminal for my seasonal business over in Eganville, not too far from Ottawa. My old terminal was giving me some trouble, so I got in touch with this guy Ian in Montreal for help. He hooked me up with a new POS terminal and even helped me tweak some settings on it. Ian really knows his stuff and he's super friendly – made the whole thing easy and fun. Big thanks to him for being so quick and giving it a personal touch.

    I just got some mobile phone accessories from your store and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with all the different choices they had.     Vinyl record purchase

    I just bought a vinyl record from this company and ended up getting the wrong one. It was a bummer, but I decided to contact their customer service. I was really surprised by how fast Ian L. responded and fixed the issue. He hooked me up with a replacement quickly and even let me keep the wrong record. Their customer service was top-notch and now I have total faith in this company. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

    Outstanding customer service!

    I gotta say, I had the best customer service experience ever! They really came through for me when my order got all messed up because of some warehouse mix-up. Not only did they cover all the extra charges, but they also gave me a gift code to make up for it. I'm beyond pleased with how they handled the whole situation!

    Wireless internet service

    My experience with this company's wireless internet service has been pretty disappointing, to be honest. They hooked me up with a package from a big-name provider, but failed to mention that it was a 3-year contract. When my router started acting up during power outages, I quickly realized the service wasn't as reliable as they claimed. Even though I canceled the contract in May 2022 and returned the router on June 21, they're still charging my account for a service I'm not even using anymore. I've reached out to their customer service team multiple times via email, but all I get back are vague responses about how they're "looking into it." This kind of lousy service is just not cool, and it's adding unnecessary stress and hassle to my life.

    My experience with this company has been a downright nightmare. To start off, my paperwork wasn't even included with my application for more than 6 weeks, which just created a bunch of delays and drove me crazy. I had to make a ton of calls to customer service before they finally fixed the problem. But then, the delivery part was a total mess. The fingerprint reader on the phone is useless, and even though I asked for another way to verify my identity, all I got were empty promises and the same useless fingerprint reader. I'm still waiting for my phone to get here, and at this point, I've totally lost confidence in this company's ability to give good service.

    Misleading deals

    I wouldn't recommend going to this place. The deals might not be as good as they claim and the sales agents aren't very reliable. They don't seem to care about following the rules set by the POPI Act and just want to take advantage of customers. It's best to steer clear of this place.

    Shoes and a backpack

    I really can't decide what's worse - the terrible quality of the products or the absolutely disappointing service. I mean, the shoes literally fell apart after just a week of wearing them, and don't even get me started on the backpack - the zipper broke after only a couple of days! And when I finally mustered up the courage to call and complain, they just gave me the runaround and basically said they couldn't help me at all. Seriously, save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place if you expect to get any sort of value for your hard-earned money.

    Batman figure purchase

    Hey, guess what? I got this awesome Batman figure from that store. It looks so cool, but man, the stand they included totally messed it up! It got all scratched from just regular use. I contacted them right away, sent some pics, but they never got back to me. I tried reaching out so many times over a couple of months, always being super polite, but they never showed any concern. Now I'm stuck with this figure that I spent a lot of money on, and I'm really disappointed about it.

    Technical upgrade with service provider

    I just got a new modem and upgraded my service package with my provider, but 8 months later and the upgrade still isn't working. Every time I called customer service, they kept telling me it would be up and running by the end of the month. But after 8 times hearing the same thing, I was getting pretty frustrated. I wish they had better communication and actually followed through on their promises.

    I'm really frustrated with the delivery service from this place. I specifically asked them to give me a call an hour before they arrived, but the driver just showed up and was really unfriendly. They didn't even let me know where my phone was or when it would be delivered. I regret ever deciding to order from here, it's been so stressful and chaotic.

    I got sucked into this Wi-Fi deal from this company, thinking it was all legit, but boy was I wrong. They sold me on this 300mb download speed, but in reality, I'm stuck with a lousy 10mb. And to top it off, they charged my account twice even though I canceled during their so-called "grace period." It's been months now, and despite endless calls to their customer service, which seems to be run by a bunch of con artists, I still haven't seen a penny back. Every time I reach out, it's just more lies and empty promises. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of these scammers.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a smartphone and set up a debit order for it, but I haven't heard anything or gotten the product yet. I've sent a bunch of emails but they haven't replied. Honestly, dealing with this company has been super frustrating and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them.
