I just got a new pair of golf shoes and they're awesome! Super comfy and stylish. I got them right on time and wore them right out of the box for a round of golf. But, man, the website was a pain. So confusing to navigate, I couldn't find what I was looking for easily. They really need to make some improvements to make it easier to use, like clearing out categories when stuff is out of stock.
Quick delivery, great fit, amazing fabric
I just bought something online and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it got to me. It fits perfectly and the material is really high quality. I'm so pleased with my purchase!
Online shopping experience
I'm feeling kinda mixed about my recent online shopping experience. The clothes I got were good quality, but I was let down by the website's service. I bought a couple of t-shirts and was surprised when they took the payment right away, even though it said they would charge when the order shipped. I waited over a week with no updates on my order, so I had to contact customer service for answers. The phone number they gave me took me to a different company, and cancelling my order and asking for a refund has been a real pain. Overall, the service was disappointing and not very clear.
Shorts, Great Quality
The shorts I bought were really great quality and worked well for both exercise and dressing up for dinner. But man, the price was a little high for what you're getting. And don't even get me started on the return policy - it's such a pain! It's annoying that you can't return anything on sale, especially when their regular prices are already pretty steep. If they had a more customer-friendly return policy, I'd probably shop there more often.
EU Website Size Confusion
I ordered a UK size, but they sent me a US size instead. When I asked to exchange it for a larger size, they told me I'd have to ship them back myself and make a new order. It was so frustrating and I wasted money on postage. I'm not sure if I'll get a refund.
Shoes
I just bought a pair of shoes from this brand not too long ago. They looked awesome and fit me just right, which was awesome since they even offered half sizes. But, here's the kicker - after only wearing them 4-5 times, the heel straight-up started falling apart. I was bummed out to find out that this seems to be a recurring issue from what I've read in other reviews. It looks like the brand hasn't done anything about fixing this design or material problem. I can still wear the shoes, but they don't look too hot now with that tear in the heel.
Tech polo and golf shorts
This website is such a mess! I mean, seriously, I had to reset my password two times and didn't even get the email for it. It's so frustrating! And to make matters worse, they never have half the stuff I want in stock. I'm over it, I'm done with this place.
Polo shirts and hats
The products from this company are not that great. The material feels cheap, and it doesn't hold up well after a few washes. Also, the sizing is all over the place - some items run small, others run large. The designs aren't anything special and definitely not worth the high prices. I was really let down by my recent purchase and wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Clothing purchase, rewards system issues
I went to that store the other day and man, the customer service was honestly terrible. The clothes were really good quality, I gotta give them that. But, the employees there just couldn't figure out how their rewards system worked. Super frustrating, you know? No point in splurging on clothes if you're gonna get treated poorly by the staff.
Small shoes
I was so pumped to get my package from this company, but then I opened it up and was let down. The shoes I got were way too small, even though I ordered my usual size. Strike one. But what really got on my nerves was all the extra packaging that came with it. The shoes were packed in this super thick cardboard box, wrapped up in tissue paper, plastic wrap, and stuffed in foam compartments. It was overkill and totally not needed. As a customer, I like to see companies care about sustainability and the environment, so all that extra packaging really turned me off.
T-shirt, hat, shorts
I picked up a t-shirt, hat, and some shorts from this store but honestly, they were pretty average. The customer service was just okay and I ended up shelling out a lot for shipping. It took forever for my order to arrive and honestly, when it finally did, it wasn't even that great.
Quick Dry Golf Polo
I just bought a Quick Dry Golf Polo from the store, and let me tell you, the quality is not bad. But man, the processing and shipping times really let me down. I shelled out extra for 2-day shipping, but more than a week later, my order was still chillin' at the warehouse. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with their shipping. It's so annoying when the estimated shipping times on their site aren't accurate, especially when you're trying to get your order ASAP.
Shorts
Dang, ordering from this place was such a pain. I mean, come on, they took forever to even get my order going. Four whole days to process it, can you believe that? And now, I gotta wait an extra three days just for the tracking to say it's on the way. Like, really? Who's got time to wait around like that for a dang pair of shorts? If those shorts actually show up in two weeks, I'll be amazed.
