What we like best
Using a new software comes with its fair share of challenges, not this one. Before I started using the Buildium software I joined their online academy. The online portal offers video training and quizzes to confirm you've understood how to use the Buildium software. Just like any cloud-based system, Buildium comes with an integrated email, and integrated text message to ease communication with customers. In addition, the software can archive, organize, and capture text message conversations, which is vital.
What I dislike
It's very odd how such software has adopted charts from account numbers for their accounting system. Despite this oddity, it's still awesome software.Buildium Software

I've tested out a bunch of different apartment management software options, but none of them hold a candle to the one I stumbled upon recently. This software is super easy to use for both residents and property managers. The features for sending out statements and balance due notifications are a game-changer in terms of communication. Importing and exporting financial data is smooth and hassle-free. The system for handling maintenance tickets is top of the line, and I love being able to keep residents updated on repair progress.
International customer experience
As an international customer using the site, I thought it was great overall. But there were some things that didn't really work for me as a Canadian. I noticed that the services didn't really cover what Canadian clients need, especially when it comes to our tax system and not being able to accept tenant payments by credit card in Canada. It would be helpful if these things were fixed in the future to make sure more customers are taken care of.
Asset management software
We've been using this asset management software for almost a year, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for us. The user-friendly interface, the helpful support team, the smooth application process, and the option to e-lease have all made a huge difference in how we work. Seriously, if you're on the fence about trying it out, don't wait any longer. Just go for it - you'll be glad you did!
Online payment and account viewing
We really love the online payment and reporting options for our tenants and owners. Learning the system has been pretty enjoyable and we totally recommend it to others. We wish we had started using it sooner - it's going to be a fantastic addition to our expanding business!
Fancy software with cool features
This software is really cool and anyone can use it, even if you're not great with tech. The more you use it, the better it gets. You can pay online, deal with documents, and even create leases with this awesome product. It keeps improving with new features being added regularly, and there are helpful videos to get you started and learning to use it easily.
Works like magic
It's awesome how Works like magic has been helping me handle all my school assignments and projects stress-free. Before, I really struggled with keeping everything organized, but now it's so much simpler. I can get my work done quicker and still have extra time to chill with my friends. Huge thanks to Works like magic!
Property management tool
I love using this tool for managing all my properties. It's not as user-friendly as Quickbooks for money stuff, but I manage to keep everything updated. Renewing leases can be a bit tricky sometimes, but I always find a way. My favorite part is being able to track maintenance requests and send work orders to vendors.
Streamlined tenant management
This system is really user-friendly, I'm a fan! The folks on the phone support are really helpful whenever I hit a snag. I do wish everything for each tenant was all in one place, instead of having to bounce around between sections. It's a pain having to download and upload just to access one tenant's file.
Software platform for property management
I've been using this property management software for over ten years now, and I gotta say, I'm starting to get a little worried. The new features they've been promising have been delayed for years, and when they finally do come out, they're usually full of bugs and not very easy to use. And to make matters worse, they've been making changes to their listing syndications without giving us a heads up, causing some big problems for me and my business. I'm really hoping they make some improvements soon.
Tedious manual bill assignment
Handling several multifamily properties can be a real pain when it comes to sorting out who needs to pay what. The platform I use doesn't let me easily assign bills to specific units, so I end up having to put together lengthy Excel reports every month. It's a real hassle and takes up a lot of time, making my workload even heavier. If there's a way to make this whole process easier, it should be more user-friendly for folks like me.
