This app totally changed the game for me when it comes to stopping my late-night eating. The app can be a bit buggy sometimes. It logs drinks like wine in the morning on its own and sometimes loses my food log, making me start over. The nutrition analysis is kinda basic and needs some extra tweaking. But I do like the info sections and the Avo coach feature. Setting up that intermittent fasting app was a real pain. The daily fasting schedule was a mess, and the notifications just didn't match up with what I needed to do. Even though the app looked nice, using it wasn't smooth at all.

This app is really helpful for keeping up with when I should fast and suggesting what to eat. The AI feedback is alright, but chatting with a actual person is way better. My main problem with this app is that it doesn't really dig into why I'm struggling to shed pounds, it just looks at the surface stuff.
