Flight rebooking assistance
I recently had to deal with a flight change with a major airline, and the new itinerary they provided was really inconvenient for my travel plans. So, I reached out to the customer service rep at the travel agency where I made my booking. Luckily, I got connected to this super helpful agent named Shahbaz Siddique. Shahbaz totally went above and beyond to help me find a new flight that worked better with my schedule. His professionalism and dedication to customer service really turned my experience around and I'm so thankful for his help. If it wasn't for Shahbaz, I would've been stuck waiting for over 5 hours for a connecting flight, but thanks to him, I got a new flight that fit my needs perfectly. I've dealt with Shahbaz before and his consistent level of care and assistance has definitely made him stand out at the company.
Flight booking to Bangkok
I just booked flights to Bangkok and had a really good experience. The price was great, especially since I booked just two weeks before my trip. I forgot to add my middle name when booking the ticket, but Travel Up's customer service was super helpful and made sure my tickets were all good when I called them. The tickets came on time and my trip went really well. I appreciate their help in getting everything ready for my vacation. I'll definitely think about booking with them again next time.
Recent Canada flights booking
I'm still in shock at what a great deal I scored on my last flight from Calgary to Heathrow! It was not only cheaper than all the other regular economy seats that day, but I ended up in a premium economy seat! This was my second time using this service to book flights to Canada, and I've always been super happy with how everything turns out. The booking process is a breeze, and the customer service is top-notch - that's what always brings me back for more!
Quick and easy booking
Booking my trip was really easy and straightforward. I just clicked a few buttons and boom, all set to go on vacation! But then, Travelup messed up and thought my partner booked the trip when it was actually me. How did they even get his name? It's kinda weird, right? Anyway, just a little hiccup in an otherwise smooth booking process. Can't wait for my trip now!
India tickets booking
I just booked some tickets for me and my mom to go to India through this agent, Kyle Roberts. He was really nice and patient while helping me with the online payment. He explained everything really well and got us a good deal on the tickets. Even though I've booked with travelup a lot before, this was one of the best experiences I've had with them.
Cheap flight purchase
I found this really great deal on a flight website, so I thought, why not? But then when I tried to pay for it, the website was acting all strange. I had to go back and make sure my credit card didn't get charged twice. It was so frustrating!
