Oh my gosh, I had such an amazing experience booking my vacation package with them! Their website was really easy to use and had everything I needed to pick the perfect trip. Trip to Hawaii
My vacation to Hawaii that I booked with United Vacations was a complete disaster. It seemed like everything went wrong from the start. The booking process was a mess, with confusing directions and unhelpful customer service. Once I got to Hawaii, the hotel was not what I expected and the car rental was a nightmare with surprise charges. My whole experience with United Vacations was a total nightmare, and I won't be booking with them ever again.

I have to say, my experience with this company was a total nightmare. I bought a vacation package through them, and from the second I made the booking, everything just started going downhill. The ordering process was a mess - their website was glitchy, and it took forever for everything to get confirmed. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely useless. They were rude, unprofessional, and didn't seem like they could fix any problems. And don't even get me started on the prices - they were outrageous. I found way better deals somewhere else for the same package. And on top of all that, the delivery was a disaster too - my travel documents showed up super late, causing a ton of unnecessary stress. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
Recent vacation booking
My recent experience booking a vacation with this company was not great. The actual booking part went okay, but I had a lot of problems with the customer service I got. It was hard to reach someone, and when I finally did, they didn't really help me much. Also, the price for what I booked seemed kind of high compared to what other companies offer. I got my travel stuff late, which made me stressed before my trip. Overall, dealing with United Vacations was frustrating and not what I was hoping for.
All-inclusive travel package
I just wanna say, don't bother with this vacation company. Their customer service is horrible, the prices are way too high for what they offer, and they can't even get information to you properly. The whole experience, from booking to getting details about our trip, was a total disaster. I definitely won't be using them again.
all inclusive vactions to Punta Cana
I would NEVER book anyhing through United or United vacations again. Both flights going and returning home were so delayed that we missed our connecting flights. Lost a day at the resort. No one does anything for you.
