Flaviar a professional company very strict of their brands and contents proportion. That,s why millions of customers like me prefer to buy Flaviar brands. As i said they are professionals with huge brands and affordable rates.Deliveries part or direct purchase from stores both is very easy.
Vodka and beer is my taste and best part is natural contents ,if anyone is fond of liquor definitely love Flaviar.Some times some extra benefits also can be availed on special occasions and being a regular customers

I gotta say, my time as a Flaviar customer got a little bumpy recently. Had some mix-up with my membership 'cause it was paused, and then I got a gifted membership with an advent calendar. But, the customer service rep I talked to totally knew their stuff and helped me figure it all out. They made sure my account didn't auto-renew so the gift membership could kick in properly. Even though it was confusing, that advent calendar I got was seriously amazing, went above and beyond. The help I got from the tech was top-notch, but dealing with the mix-up initially was a tad annoying.
Subscription gift for husband
I finally got around to getting my husband a subscription box as a little treat, and we were both pretty pumped to get our first one. But when we opened it up, one of the goodies had leaked everywhere, so we ended up with less stuff than we were supposed to. I reached out to customer service, and was pleasantly surprised to hear back within a day offering to send a replacement. Their customer service was awesome, but here's to hoping they step up their quality control game for the next box.
Whiskey sampler purchase
The whiskey sampler I got from Flaviar was awesome all the way through. They had a great selection to pick from, all top-notch stuff. Ordering was easy as pie, and the website was a breeze to use. The customer service was top-notch too - the person I talked to knew their stuff and fixed any problems with my order quick. They kept me updated on my purchase the whole time, which I thought was great. All in all, I'm super happy with Flaviar and would totally suggest them to other whiskey fans.
Advent calendar purchase
I got this advent calendar for a special occasion, but some things got messed up in shipping. I called customer service and they were so nice and quick to help out. They not only sent me new items right away, but threw in some extra stuff as a nice gesture. Their customer service was awesome and I really appreciate them fixing everything up.
Advent Calendar Replacement
On December 24th, we were bummed to see that our advent calendar sample was all busted up. I sent an email to customer service and was stoked when Mickalia hit me back right away. She totally owned up to the mistake and gave us a few options to make things right. It was top-notch customer service, and now we're pumped for next year's advent calendar from them. Flaviar is rad for being so quick to fix things. Highly recommend them!
Whiskey gift set
Ordering a whiskey gift set was kinda stressful for me because I don't know much about all the different kinds of whiskey out there. But, let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. Abigale was super patient and friendly, she walked me through everything and helped me pick out the absolute perfect set. She made sure I got what was going on with each option and never once made me feel dumb for not knowing much about whiskey. It was a really great experience all thanks to her help.
Whiskey sampling kit
I just bought a whiskey sampling kit from Flaviar and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed with the bunch of different spirits they included in there, all top-notch quality. The packaging was really nice and the bottles were sealed up tight to make sure nothing spilled on the way. And those tasting notes they gave? Super helpful in understanding all the little details in each whiskey. Overall, it was a fun time trying out new flavors and broadening my taste buds with this kit.
Whiskey advent calendar and occasional bottle orders
I've been a customer for a couple of years, and let me tell you, I just can't resist that whiskey advent calendar and some random bottle orders. My husband is crazy about the calendar - it's like a ritual for us every year. When there's been any issue with my orders, the customer service team has gone out of their way to fix things. They really go above and beyond, and the service is just top-notch.
Spirits selection well maintained, Tasting Boxes disappointing
I was really impressed at first by all the different kinds of spirits that Flaviar offers, they have a great variety and it's all kept up well. But I gotta say, I was let down by the Tasting Boxes. They just didn't meet my expectations in terms of quality. And to top it all off, the new website is a mess and there are ongoing problems with it. Needless to say, I was left feeling pretty disappointed.
Membership purchase for gifting
I got my dad a membership as a Father's Day gift thinking it included only two deliveries. It was clearly stated on the website that 2 deliveries were included. But turns out, I was actually being charged quarterly. It was pretty misleading and not cool. I checked the gifting process again, and nowhere did it mention that the membership would auto-renew. I wanted to gift only 2 deliveries, so I was bummed out.
The customer service folks have been helpful in trying to fix the issue by refunding the unused credits. I appreciate their quick action, but the gifting information is still shady.
Also, two of the tasting samples for my dad arrived broken, and it doesn't seem like he ever got replacements. That was another disappointment.
The membership concept is cool, but based on my experience, I wouldn't really recommend it to others.Awesome experience!
I really enjoyed Flaviar! I had a little issue with my order, but once I got in touch, they resolved it right away. Milda was super helpful and kind. I'll definitely be a returning customer - they truly value us and our satisfaction!
Whiskey subscription gift
I got my husband a whiskey subscription gift and I was really happy with how quickly his first shipment arrived. We did have a question about the samples that came with it, but Flaviar's customer service team was super quick to get back to us and help us out. Overall, I was impressed with the fast service and great communication from Flaviar.
Liquor Membership Experience
I just joined a liquor membership and I gotta say, I've been loving the selection they've been sending me. Flaviar has really opened my eyes to some unique and tasty spirits that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. Whether it's tequila, scotch, or bourbon, they've got something for every taste. It's been a fun way to expand my drinking horizons and discover new brands.
Flaviar calendar set purchase
I just bought a calendar set from Flaviar and gotta say, their customer service is top-notch! I emailed them over Thanksgiving weekend to ask about last year's calendar set, and surprisingly, I got a detailed response within 24 hours, even on the weekend. It totally answered all my questions and I was super impressed with how quick and helpful they were. Props to Flaviar for that!
2023 advent calendar purchase
I bought an advent calendar.
$300 Yearly membership
Not at all happy with the availability of product. Selections were most commonly not available lending to second or third choices needing to be selected. BevMo and TWM have more to choose from and typically lower prices. Sure, it's nice to try something different but when that something isn't available, it is easier to shop retail and get something available and that you like. So, for $75 I can usually get what I like and want quarterly and still spend less.
Not at all happy with this service and will tell others the same.Membership
The sight is very unclear as to what you can try and can’t. They seem to want give what they want to promote or get rid of instead of getting something you might want to try. The customer service awful. A waste of money.
