I recently ordered a phone case that I didn't like. I want to return it, but it seems impossible. I can't reach customer service, there's no hotline, and the email address provided seems to be fake. The emails don't go through! The sender number on the package is also not working. This is really unprofessional and frustrating.
iPhone 14 Pro Max case purchase
I recently bought a case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max from this company, and I have to say, the case itself is really nice and fits perfectly. But man, the whole buying process was a total nightmare. I was trying to use Apple Pay on my Mac, and the first two attempts got unexpectedly messed up. The third time, things finally went through, but then I ended up with two orders instead of just one. Only one order is showing up on my account, but my bank account got charged twice, which is totally not cool. I've been talking to customer service since January 4th, trying to get this sorted out, but the support team just doesn't seem to get what's going on. Their solution was for me to send back the extra case on my dime and they'd give me a voucher. But I don't even want a stupid voucher, I just want my money back for the duplicate charge and a real fix to this whole mess. Dealing with all this, and the fact that I can't trust their online payment system or the lousy customer support, has me thinking twice about being a customer with them.

This company is a complete scam! They act like they're connected to a popular brand, but they're really just a middleman. I had a horrible time dealing with their customer service - they didn't even bother responding when I tried to get help with a defective product. It's a total rip-off all the way through. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this sketchy business.

I just got a phone case for my iPhone 11Pro from your store. It came quickly, so I opened it up right away. But I was bummed out because even though it was supposed to fit the 11Pro, it was actually too big. I'm not sure if it's real or fake. And then when I tried to return it on the website, the page wouldn't even load. I'm really annoyed and I would definitely tell people to avoid buying from this store.
