Red carpet gowns
Oh man, let me tell you, this is hands down the best spot to find those red carpet-worthy gowns! I swear, whenever I rock one of their dresses, I feel like an absolute queen. The selection is out of this world, the quality is top-notch, and can we talk about how affordable the prices are? It's insane! I've bought a few gowns from here, and let me tell you, each one has left me speechless. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is next level! And don't even get me started on the delivery – always right on time. Living in the States, that's super important to me, and this company always comes through. The moment I slip into one of their gowns, I instantly feel like a million bucks. Seriously, if you're on the hunt for some show-stopping evening wear, this is the place to be!
Favorite dress
This dress is definitely one of my absolute favorites in my wardrobe. The quality of the fabric is amazing, and the tulle underskirt adds a nice feminine touch without being too much. The subtle cream and crimson print makes it super easy to style, and the fit is just perfect - I even went down a couple of sizes and it still looked great on me. I wore this dress on a carousel in Florence, Italy, and let me tell you, I felt like I was living that resort summer girl life. It also held up really well in a vacuum-sealed bag without needing a trip to the dry cleaners. Plus, it was the perfect choice for date night too.
Charlotte dress
Alamour The Label has an amazing collection of dresses. I recently bought the Charlotte dress for a wedding and let me tell you, I got so many compliments! The details, the fit, the material - everything was perfect. I was worried about the length and bust size, but the descriptions and return policy calmed my nerves. Luckily, the dress fit perfectly with just enough stretch. Even though I'm on the shorter side, the length was great since it wasn't too long. I am absolutely in love with this brand and can't wait to get another dress for my next event.
Dress purchase
The dress I bought was really nice, great quality and super pretty. Had a little trouble with the shipping date, though, but the customer service team on WhatsApp was super helpful and made sure I got my dress when I needed it. Ordering was easy - gave my measurements and got help picking the right size since I was in between. The dress fit pretty well, but having the option to customize it would be cool, especially for the price and wait. Ended up making some changes to the slit and bust for a perfect fit.
Dress
I am deeply disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dress for my upcoming wedding from this site, only to discover they don't provide cash refunds, opting for store credit instead. Despite years of online shopping, I overlooked checking return policies, assuming most reputable sites would refund money for unwanted items. Regrettably, I now find myself with limited options. I strongly caution against purchasing from this site to prevent the frustration of losing your hard-earned money.
Dress purchase
The dress came in this fancy package that was kinda busted, but no big deal because blame it on the delivery folks. The fabric of the dress is really nice, much better than I expected. It's like a piece of art! Keep it up, y'all!
Love dress, fast delivery, tracking issue
Wow, this dress is so gorgeous! I'm thrilled with my purchase! The pictures online really did it justice, but it was even more beautiful in person. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it got to me, especially living in the USA. The only little problem was with tracking, but it was no big deal. Overall, this dress is the perfect way to start my prom prep, and I can't thank you enough for such an amazing dress!
Gorgeous dress
I just got this amazing dress from a store, and let me tell you, it was stunning! I wore it to a fancy event and got tons of compliments. The dress was great quality, fit perfectly, and the customer service was fantastic. I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived at my door here in the US. I definitely suggest checking out this store if you need a fabulous outfit for a special event.
Two dresses
I went ahead and bought a couple of dresses that were on sale, even though I was a bit worried about the quality. Turns out, they're awesome! The Alivia dress is super cute, but it might be more flattering for ladies with bigger chests. The Selena dress is also gorgeous and fits me just right. I'm happy to report that both dresses are good quality and fit true to size.
Nevali Emerald gown for a black tie gala
The Nevali Emerald gown I got from here was so stunning! It fit me perfectly and I got tons of compliments at the fancy black tie gala. Plus, the packaging was really pretty. I'll definitely be coming back for more special occasions. Overall, super happy with my experience at this store.
Kourtney Kids Set
I just bought the Kourtney Kids Set and let me tell you, I am so excited about it. The delivery was fast, the packaging was great, and the outfit is even better than I expected. My little one looks super cute in it, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!
Pretty dress
That dress was seriously the best! I found the most gorgeous dress at this store and rocked it at my cousin's wedding. People kept telling me I looked like a princess in it! The fabric was super soft and shiny, and it fit me perfectly. I felt like a total superstar all night long!
Bellucci dress
I just bought the Bellucci dress and let me tell you, I was totally blown away by how well-made and perfectly it fit. It was even better than I had hoped for and I got so many compliments when I wore it. The whole experience was amazing and you can bet I'll be coming back for more!
Dress
Worst customer service ever! I bought a defective item and have been trying to return it since July. They're unresponsive and when I filed a dispute with my credit card, they told me I was committing fraud when all I've been trying to do is return it. Finally returned it and never got a refund or credit! I posted on their Instagram and they deleted my comments!
Dresses
Be warned do not buy from this company, dreadful dresses, awful quality, they are scammers based in Brisbane, only a few employees, sending you the cheapest dresses from china with terrible materials, NOT fit for purpose, unwearable. YOU will lose your money, your taxes and have to pay to return, they do not refund only store credit - read the reviews on the AUS sites -
Ball dress
I bought the Clarina Gown - Red for $550 AUD. When it arrived, the flowers which are photographed to be on the dress in the images on their website, were only partially there, and the dress was poor quality. There was an entire empty patch on the front of the dress with no flowers, just mesh so it was completely see-through, unlike the photographs on their website. When I contacted customer service, I was only able to get store credit, no refund, and even to get the store credit, I had to ship the dress back for $65. Additionally, the store credit could only be used on a purchase costing more than the value of the store credit ($550), and did not cover shipping which was an extra $30. I had to spend over $100 extra in total, with the shipping back and all. Terrible service. Would not recommend and will not be purchasing again.
Prom dress
My daughter found a dress on the site Alamour the label. It was partly my fault for not reading the return policy but either way the dress didn’t fit. When I tried to return it they would only offer store credit . Because the dress was so expensive I fought with them to return it. They finally come forth with a cancellation policy stating they would refund me but take 30%. Which I agreed too. So I sent the dress back , it arrived , and I received an email saying my store credit was ready. So I’m currently fighting with them again but no one will respond to my emails ! I even emailed screenshots of the original transcript that shows they’d agreed to give me the cancellation. Horrible, horrible, horrific customer service on rediculously over priced dresses!
