Recent clothing purchase
I just got some clothes from this company and I gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. I've shopped from them a few times now and every time my stuff gets sent out real quick. One time, I had to send back my last order because both things were too big on me. DHL ended up losing the package, but Care of Carl was on it and gave me a refund right away. Their customer service is really something else and makes them stand out from other online stores. I had a really good experience overall and will for sure shop with them again.
Jacket purchase
I bought this awesome jacket from this amazing online store, but it turned out to be too small for me. Luckily, their return process was a breeze! I was able to exchange it for the right size while I sent back the small one. The customer service was really helpful and made sure I got a refund for the first jacket so I could order the correct size. Plus, the delivery was crazy fast — only took 2 days!
One pair of jeans
I ordered these jeans and they got sent to the wrong place! But when I called Care of Carl, they fixed it all up and even gave me some store credit. The jeans were okay, but the material on the back pockets was too thin, and they fell apart after just a few days. Still, they sorted everything out really fast and right. Good customer service for the win!
Quick delivery with Instabox option
The fast delivery of my order was awesome, especially right now. Using Instabox was a lifesaver because it kept me from standing in long lines at the post office. It was super easy and made buying things a breeze. Plus, getting a hand-written 'thank you' note with my order made it feel special and like they really care about their customers.

Awesome clothes
Man, Care of Carl is awesome! They've got all the top-notch clothes from all the top brands, delivery is lightning fast, and their customer service is just amazing. My only complaint is that they should probably keep their prices in check and not go all fancy and stuck up like those other high-end shops.

I'm always blown away by the service I get from this store. Ordering is so easy and the delivery is super fast. The return process is quick and flawless, which makes shopping there a piece of cake. I've been a regular customer for years and I love how they keep on adding more products. They totally earn all the success they're getting.
Two hundred dollar trainers
I just bought a pair of shoes for two hundred bucks from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by what I got. When I opened up the package, right away I saw a big ol' slash in the toe box of one shoe. Plus, there was dust all over the bottoms of both shoes, and a dang pebble stuck in the heel of the other shoe. It was obvious those shoes weren't just damaged, but they looked like they'd been worn, returned, and then sold to me. I'm really unhappy with the quality here and I want to know why I got such a lousy product.
