CRM-301 Light and Laser Combo
I just got the CRM-301 Light and Laser Combo for my home security, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. The setup was a piece of cake, and it works exactly like I wanted it to. I wish I would've gotten it sooner because it's really helped me feel more secure. The only little problem I had was with the cable being a bit tricky to plug in, but I fixed that up with a cable clip from another brand. If I had to give one suggestion, it would be to make the laser adjustment more precise with clicks for finer tuning, but it was still easy to line it up with my optic.

Scope would not adjust . I never got to fire a shot. Was told they would repair for free. I should have held out for a bushnell elite what I wanted to start with but could not find in inventory. They should check every scope instead of spot checking
CT1250
I recently bought the CT1250 and man, their customer service was super disappointing. I had some questions about a pistol attachment plate and I tried reaching out to their customer service team multiple times, but got zero response after waiting for over 3 weeks. It really bummed me out to feel ignored and kept in the dark, especially when it was about a product I just shelled out money for. In my last message, I even straight up said I'd leave a review if they didn't respond, but still, crickets. It was pretty disappointing to see such a lack of communication and care from a company that talks a big game about customer service. Now, I'm second-guessing the quality of their warranty and how much they really support their customers.
LG 489 Laser for S&W M&P 9mm
I just bought the LG 489 laser for my S&W M&P 9mm. Putting it on was no big deal, super easy and fast. But after shooting a few rounds at the range, the laser started acting up on and off. I tried to get help from customer service, but they never got back to me. Also, getting the free batteries for life meant I had to dig up the serial number, which was a pain. Gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out by the whole thing - the product and the service both fell short for me.
