Plus, they didn't even give me a return label - I had to take care of that and pay for the return shipping on my own. That's just not cool in this day and age of online shopping. Bottom line - I wouldn't suggest shopping with this company.

    Man, I was so let down! I ordered a cap for my niece's birthday, and even shelled out extra cash for express delivery. But turns out, they didn't even have the item in stock. No email, no phone call - nada. I had to be the one to hit them up just to find out what was going on with my order. How can a business run like this nowadays? It's just absurd. Their customer service was seriously lacking. Never gonna order from them again, that's for sure.

    I had a horrible time dealing with this company while trying to return a defective item. Their customer service was basically non-existent - they totally ignored my questions and disappeared when I tried to return the item. I never got any confirmation that they received the item or my money back. It's super frustrating to deal with a company that clearly doesn't give a darn about their customers.

    International postage, slow delivery, UK clients

    I'm just so confused about this company giving free shipping to everywhere else in the world, but making their UK customers pay for it. And let me tell you, those shipping and handling costs are no joke, and the delivery times within the UK are just way too slow. Makes me wonder if they're working together with the UK border force to punish us customers who are already paying VAT and taxes that keep their business going. It's just not right and they need to fix this ASAP.

    Store's return policy misleading

    I bought something from this store and it turns out you can only get store credit if you return it within 6 months, no matter where you are. It's so annoying and misleading because now I have store credit that I might not use in time. I really wish I had known this before I bought it because I would have shopped somewhere else instead.

    I recently bought something from this company, and I gotta say, it's been pretty disappointing. It's been almost two weeks since I placed my order, and it's still sitting there in "being processed" limbo. They told me they lost some stuff when they moved but found most of my order - just missing one item. They promised to rush deliver what they found and refund me for the missing stuff, but so far, no deliveries or refunds. I tried reaching out by email and their website, but no response. Their phone number is either not working or no one picks up. I'm thinking of taking this up with UK trading standards because this lack of communication and service is just not cutting it.
