Closet system purchase
I gotta say, buying and putting together that closet system was a piece of cake. The product itself is amazing. The design and quality of craftsmanship are top-notch, everything lined up just right. I was blown away by how simple it was to assemble. But, there were a few things that didn't quite work for me. The separate bases I got weren't as deep as the tops, leaving a gap between them and the wall. I figured this was probably to account for baseboards, but I wanted a more seamless look so I ended up taking out the baseboards and putting them back in to fix it. Also, the brackets for the hanging bars were set too far out, causing the clothes to hang awkwardly in the middle of the room. I had to drill new holes back 3 inches so the clothes could go all the way back, giving me more floor space.

DIY Closet Kit
I'm a short gal at 5'2" and not great with tools, so I was kinda worried about taking on this closet project. But I gotta say, it was a pleasant surprise how easy it was to assemble. I did need someone to lend a hand while putting it up, but overall, it was a pretty simple process. The only snag I hit was having to make some extra holes in the wall for more support, which was a bit annoying. Luckily, the customer service folks were awesome when I figured out my measurements were off and I needed a different size. They quickly sent me the right parts at no added cost. I was so relieved and grateful for their help.

I gotta tell ya, that custom closet I bought totally changed the game when it came to keeping my bedroom organized. It was super easy to put together and install thanks to the modular design. The packing list was clutch in helping me gather up all the right parts for each section. The instruction book was clear as day, making the whole assembly process a piece of cake. The only hiccup I ran into was trying to attach it to the wall, which required a jack that I sadly didn't have. Make sure you've got all the tools you need on hand before you order one of these bad boys to avoid any hold-ups. 10/10, would recommend.

The wall system we bought is really great - it's been awesome for storing our clothes and accessories. But we're running into a problem because there weren't any instructions on how to attach the feet to the system. This is important because it affects how we install the kick plates - we can't get them on right once the system is up on the wall. The directions for mounting and installing don't mention anything about this, so our kick plates are just hanging out on the floor instead of being attached correctly.

The designer at this place did an amazing job! They listened to what I wanted and the final layouts turned out perfect. I really appreciated that they sent me pictures of the designs before they were installed so I could see how it would look. The closet organizers fit perfectly and having that extra drawer space for my grandkids is a total game-changer. Thanks so much for doing such a great job!
Wardrobe purchase
I really like the wardrobe I bought, it's really sturdy and overall, I'm pleased with it. The only thing I wished was different is that I would have liked a french cleat system like the one IKEA uses because it would've made installation easier. Oh, and also, there were a few screws missing in the package and one instruction that was wrong about which screws to use for attaching the sliders to the cabinet.

Putting everything together took me around 3 hours, and the instructions were super clear and easy to follow.
