Motorcycle accessories
I've actually had a great experience with this company, even though I've heard some negative stuff about them. It's clear that they're really trying to keep things going with the UK despite all the restrictions. I've bought a bunch of things from them, some were below the duty limit and some were above, but I haven't run into any problems. The prices have been fair, the tracking info is easy to follow, and my orders have arrived quickly. Just recently, I got this amazing deal on an item that was under the duty limit, had the VAT paid, was super high-quality, and came right on time. Overall, I'm happy with my shopping experience and I definitely plan on buying from them again.
Automotive parts
I bought some car parts from your store recently, and although they came in good condition, I had a problem with one of the items. The box for one of the products was half empty and missing some of the main parts. I tried reaching out to customer service through the contact form, but at first, it wouldn't go through because the images were too high-resolution. Once I fixed that, I was able to send the form successfully. But then it took a few days to get a response, and it seemed like they didn't get the pictures. So, I sent the pictures in a reply to the email, and about a week later, I got a new box with all the missing parts. The issue got solved in the end, but I had to put in some extra effort.
Crash bars purchase
As a customer at Motea, I just bought crash bars for my motorcycle and realized they don't work with my forward controls. I reached out to the company right away to return them and get the right ones. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Motea got back to me and how they really went out of their way to help with the return. The customer service rep I talked to knew their stuff and was super helpful, making the whole process smooth and easy. I'm really impressed with how professional and efficient Motea has been, and I can't wait to get the right bars for my bike.
Windshield repair kit
I just got a windshield repair kit for my Harley from an online store, and it was a really good experience. The product was top-notch quality and exactly what I wanted. However, a few weeks back, one of the plastic holders got broken. I contacted their customer service team and they were super quick to respond. In just 5 days, I got a new repair kit delivered to my door. I'm a happy customer, just like last year when I bought other stuff from them. The whole process was smooth, and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

I had some delays with my order, probably because of customs. But after I got the right phone number to call, the customer service folks really went out of their way to help me out. I just bought some stuff for my motorcycle from Motea. Had a little hiccup with the shipment being split up, but their customer service team was on it right away and super helpful. They really cared and fixed the issue quickly. The items I got were top-notch and came in really nice packaging. My shopping experience was great, and I'd totally suggest Motea to any other motorcycle fans out there.
CS Power Evo purchase
I just got myself a CS Power Evo from Motea and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The delivery was fast and the product works like a charm. It looks and feels like it's made with top-notch quality and sturdy materials, just what I wanted. Although, I did run into a bit of a snag with the manual being hard to follow and a few pieces missing in the package. But, even with those little hiccups, I'm happy with what I got and would tell others to check out Motea for themselves.
Cool stuff for my bike
Man, this website has some really cool accessories for motorcycles at great prices! I gotta admit, I was kinda skeptical at first, but the stuff is actually top-notch and seems really well-made. I ended up ordering some new lights for my bike and they were awesome when they showed up. The only downside was they were a little too big for my bike, but the customer service was super helpful and gave me a full refund right off the bat. So, all in all, I'm pretty stoked about my purchase.
Motorcycle parts purchase
The motorcycle parts I bought from the company didn't fit my bike exactly. If they'd asked me for my motorcycle's make and year on the order form, we could've prevented this mix-up. Even though that happened, I gotta say, Motea's customer service was quick and helpful in fixing the problem. In the end, I'm happy with how everything was taken care of and I'd totally suggest Motea to anyone. I might even go back to them in the future.
Recent Multiple Purchase Experience
I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company, like a sissy bar, seat, headlight, headlight casing, and headlight fairing. My order got delayed and sent back to the warehouse, but the communication was on point the whole time. They quickly gave me a refund a few days later, which fixed the problem. I've always had good vibes shopping here and definitely think others should check it out.
Seat bags for my motorcycle
This whole thing was just awesome. I kept getting emails telling me about my order, and the seat bags I got for my Ducati are top-notch. The customer service team was quick to help with any questions and super nice the whole time. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone wanting great motorcycle accessories.
