    Mediocre experience with Sonic Electronix

    I've had a few experiences with Sonic Electronix and overall, I'd say they're a decent company. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide selection of products. I've purchased a few car audio items from them in the past and had no issues with the products themselves.

    One thing I will say is that their customer service could use some improvement. I've had to reach out to them a few times for assistance and it was hit or miss on whether or not I received a helpful response.

    Pricing wise, they are competitive and often have sales going on. Shipping is also relatively fast. I also appreciate that they have a clear return policy.

    The only real downside is that they don't have physical stores, so you can't go in and check out products in person before making a purchase. But, that's not really a big deal for me.

    All in all, I would recommend Sonic Electronix to others. They have a good selection of products and decent prices, just be prepared for the possibility of less-than-stellar customer service.

    NVX system purchase

    I recently bought an NVX system from your company and had a really good experience with the customer support team. At first, I had some issues with the delivery, but Jasmyne from the customer support team really went above and beyond to help me find the package, which was actually hidden near my place. Her dedication and amazing support made sure I got the full NVX system I bought. This kind of customer service totally changed my opinion and I really appreciate what Jasmyne did to help me out. After a bad experience with another online platform, I'm happy that Sonic Electronix was there to provide such awesome support, and I'll definitely be telling others about your company when they need audio systems.     As a first-time customer, I was really looking forward to checking out Sonic Electronix for my amplifier purchase. But, I got the wrong product in my order which was a bummer. Dealing with their support team through email was getting frustrating, but then I talked to Sherell G. She was like a breath of fresh air compared to the generic responses I had been getting. Sherell really took the time to understand my issue and went above and beyond to fix things. Her customer service skills are top-notch and thanks to her, I'm willing to overlook the other problems I ran into as an international customer. Sherell is the one making things happen at Sonic Electronix!

    Dodge Challenger 3.5 inch speakers

    After weeks of hitting up a bunch of stereo shops in town trying to find some 3.5 inch speakers for my Dodge Challenger, one of the shops finally pointed me in the direction of Sonic Electronix. And let me tell you, I hit the jackpot! They had exactly what I was looking for at a killer price. The customer service was awesome too - they were super helpful and answered all my questions. Ordering was a breeze, and my speakers arrived right on time. Huge shoutout to Sonic for coming through with everything I needed and then some!

    I've been dealing with this company recently and it's been pretty frustrating. Even though I shop with them a lot, my order took forever to get to me because of the pandemic. And what really got me mad was when I asked to cancel my order, Sonic Electronix still went ahead and charged me and sent the stuff way after. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about what their customers want. I'm not gonna shop with them again.

I had to go through three subwoofers just to find one that actually worked, the first two were busted. Seems like they need to tighten up their quality control when it comes to shipping. It was frustrating to waste both time and money on items that weren't even working right.

    Dual stereo purchase

    I recently tried to buy a Dual stereo for my car from this company. At first, they said it had been shipped, but after 3 days of waiting, I decided to check the tracking info. Turns out, FedEx told me only a shipping label was made and they were still waiting for the actual package. I called Sonic Electronix multiple times, but got the runaround and promises of an email follow-up which never happened. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I gave my contact info but never got a call back. They wouldn't refund my money or give me a new stereo, making this whole buying experience a nightmare. I won't be buying from them again.

    I recently got some new headphones from this one place and man, it was a bit of a disaster! It felt like they took forever to finally arrive, I mean seriously, who has the patience to wait that long? But then Sherell stepped in and completely saved the day!     Hertz SP 4.500 amplifier

    My experience with Sonic Electronix really let me down. I ordered the Hertz SP 4.500 amplifier, but got the Audison SR 4.500 instead. Not only was the product wrong, but the customer service I got when I tried to fix it was not good. I sent photos showing the mix-up, but they still denied my return without giving a good reason. I think it's not right that they won't own up to their mistake. I haven't heard anything back from Sonic Electronix since then, and I still don't have a solution to this problem.

    When I first bought my in-dash receiver and installation kit from Sonic Electronix, I was pretty happy. But then I found out that their "in stock" labels can be kinda misleading. I ordered both items that were supposed to be in stock, but then they told me the installation kit wouldn't come for another two to three weeks. It was really frustrating and inconvenient. I hope Sonic Electronix does a better job in the future of letting customers know what's really available so this doesn't happen again.

The product didn't live up to what they said it would be like, and when I wanted to send it back and get my money back, they were no help at all. It's been 3 months now, and I'm still waiting on that refund, even after reaching out to them numerous times. I'd say just save your bucks and get it straight from the manufacturer.

    I ordered a car audio system but I've been having a really hard time getting in touch with their customer service. I've sent a bunch of emails, support tickets, and tried calling but I can't get through to anyone. I haven't been able to check on my order, confirm my email, or talk to a real person when I call during the day. I even got an email asking for a review on products I haven't even gotten yet. This has honestly been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
