Pillow purchase
Hey there, I just wanted to give some feedback as a loyal customer who has bought pillows from you guys quite a few times. I recently got some more pillows, but I noticed they weren't as plump as I like them to be for maximum comfort. I decided to reach out to your Support Desk and was really happy with how Sally handled everything. She was quick to respond and super professional. Sally not only listened to my concerns but also kept me in the loop about what was going on with my issue. Your awesome products and top-notch customer service, especially from Sally, have definitely made me a happy customer for life. It's the personal touch and follow-through that really make your brand stand out among the rest.
Mattress topper
I was having a tough time getting used to my new mattress, so I called up customer service for help. They were super fast in getting me a mattress topper, and let me tell you, it has really improved my sleep. I can now snooze all the way through the night comfortably. And shoutout to Alice, the support specialist who really went above and beyond to help me out. I'm seriously blown away by the great customer service and attention to detail this company offers. Mattress and cover purchase
I just bought a mattress and cover from this store. The mattress was delivered pretty quickly, which I was really happy about. But, I never got the cover, which was a bummer. I reached out to customer support and Anny was so helpful. She checked with the shipping company to find the missing item, but no luck. Anny then filed a claim and sent a new cover, which arrived in just a few days. The customer service was top-notch, and Anny really made sure I was taken care of. Oh, and I have to mention, the mattress itself is amazing - definitely the best one I've ever had.
Twin mattress and mattress protectors
I just bought a twin mattress and mattress protectors from this company for my toddler, and I have to say I am super happy with how good they are. The mattress is comfy and gives good support, and the protectors are strong and keep everything safe. I would definitely suggest these products to anyone looking for dependable and top-notch bedding choices. Also, the customer service team was quick and useful when I had to send back some pillows. queen size mattress
I just got my new mattress and it's so comfy! It's not too firm or too squishy, just perfect. The cover it came with had a little hole, but when I called customer service they were super nice and sent me a new waterproof cover right away. It arrived in just a few days and now my bed is all ready and super cozy. I would definitely buy from them again!
Mattress purchase
I just bought a mattress from this company and it was awesome. I messed up and got the wrong size, but the customer service person fixed it super fast and easy. The box got messed up during delivery, but the mattress was packaged so well that it didn't get damaged at all. When we opened it, it puffed up to the full 10 inches in the middle and 9 inches around the sides in about 12 hours. My partner and I love the mattress and we're super happy with it. We'd totally buy from this company again.
10" mattress
After I figured out that I needed a 10" mattress instead of the 12" one I originally wanted, I called up the company for help. The folks I talked to were super nice and stayed patient as we sorted out my order. Every person I dealt with was awesome, and I really appreciated their top-notch service, especially since I used to run hotels myself. When the mattress showed up, it was cool to see it expand as I unwrapped it. All in all, I'm really happy with my buy and would totally suggest this company to anyone.
Affordable and Amazing Mattress
I gotta admit, I was pretty hesitant when I bought this mattress. I thought it was gonna be crazy expensive. But man, I was totally impressed by how comfy and top-notch it is. Feels like one of those fancy-schmancy mattresses without the crazy price. As soon as I plopped down on it, I knew I hit the jackpot. It only took a day for it to puff up to a solid 12 inches, and I've been snoozing like a champ since. Trust me, splurge on this mattress, you won't regret it!

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the customer service rep at this company. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The first mattress we got didn't quite work for us, but she stuck with us and helped us find one that did. Even though the second mattress had a little damage, the packaging kept it safe. All in all, we had a really good experience with helpful and friendly customer service.
Neck pain relief
My husband and I are in our late 70s and have always had neck issues because of our age and working hard on the farm. Our daughter, who had neck problems from a car crash, told us about these pillows from Sweetnight. We've been using them for over a year and they've been amazing. Our neck problems are gone and we're finally sleeping well. I would definitely suggest these pillows to anyone with neck pain.
Airbnb mattresses purchase
I got a bunch of mattresses for my Airbnb, but had to send back two twins and exchange them for a queen instead. Sweetnight was really good about processing the return and giving me a refund. The mattresses are comfy and reasonably priced, my guests love them.
Structured contoured memory foam pillow
My neck was killing me, I swear I tried every dang pillow but none of them did the trick! Then I stumbled upon this awesome memory foam pillow with a fancy shape and now I sleep like a champ!

I have never experienced customer service like I did with this company. Everyone, from Angelica to Tracy, was so kind, understanding, and patient. They were quick to respond to my emails and made the whole process stress-free. I can't praise them enough for their excellent customer service.
Soft mattress, excellent customer service, full refund
I just got a new mattress from this company, but it turned out to be too soft for me. However, I have to give a shoutout to Anny for her amazing customer service. She was super nice and helpful, going above and beyond to try and find a better fit for me. In the end, even though we couldn't find a replacement, she made sure I got a full refund. Huge thanks for the top-notch service, Anny!
Mattress purchase for side sleeping
I am absolutely loving my new mattress for side sleepers. Being able to switch between the soft and firm sides is really a game-changer for me. I personally prefer the soft side, it's super comfy and provides great support. I've been using it for about a week and my sleep quality has definitely gotten a lot better.

The delivery was crazy fast, and let me tell you, this mattress is legit for the price. This is our second time buying from here, and we're loving it. Seriously, the comfort is off the charts, way better than those overpriced fancy brands that go flat in no time. I swear, my back pain has even improved since switching to this mattress. Can't say enough good things about this place, honestly.

SweetNight 10'' flippable mattress
This mattress is great, super comfy and cool. It is better than my previous higher-priced mattress. It came in a box, and, to my surprise, I was able to take it out and lay it on the bed by myself. My next goal is to try the pillows.
