Bike accessories
I just bought some bike accessories from this store, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. So, I'm browsing their website and it says the stuff I want is in stock. Cool, right? But just to be sure, I decide to give them a call, and guess what? Turns out, they actually have to order it from their supplier. Bummer. But, the person on the phone was nice enough to give me an idea of when it would arrive, and wouldn't you know it, it came right on time. The prices were awesome too, couldn't beat them anywhere else. The only hiccup was that initial mix-up with the stock on the website.
Bike accessories
Swinnerton's is the best! Their customer service is top-notch, always staying in touch with me through calls and emails. They delivered my order right on time, just like they said they would. They have some really unique items you can't find elsewhere. And get this, when I made a mistake with my order, they went above and beyond to help me out and even gave me credit when they couldn't fix it. Talk about amazing service! I used to run my own bike shop, and let me tell you, Swinnerton's meets the same high standards I always strived for. They're just incredible!
eBike lights purchase
I just bought a set of eBike lights from this online store and let me tell you, I am super impressed. At first, I was a bit worried about buying them because I saw some bad reviews on Trustpilot. But I took a chance since they were connected to a real bike store, which made me feel better about it. And I'm so glad I did because the service I got was awesome. The eBike lights were just like they said, packaged well, and came really quickly. Plus, you can't beat the price. I'm thrilled with my purchase and how everything went down.
Son's birthday bike
I was in a hurry to find a bike for my son's birthday, and Swinnerton Cycles really came through for me. Their customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect bike. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, making sure I knew everything about the bike and how to use it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a busy mom with four kids, I'll definitely be going back to Swinnerton Cycles for bikes for the whole family. Thanks so much, you guys are awesome!
Warranty work on my bike
I had to take my bike in for some warranty work, and even though I didn't buy it from that place, they handled everything with Shimano and fixed it up without any issues. I appreciated how they kept me in the loop with updates, and the repair was top-notch. Definitely recommend them for bike repairs!
Bike accessories purchase
I recently bought some bike stuff from Swinnerton Cycles and ran into a little issue with my order. But, I chatted with James at the store and he was super nice, helpful, and straight-up about the problem. He told me that one part of my order would be shipped right away, and the other part would come later once they got it from the supplier. I know things can go wrong sometimes, especially now, but it was nice to be able to talk to someone at the store directly and work it out together.
Brake springs replacement
I had to swap out the springs in my TT bike brakes, so I found the replacement parts at Swinnerton Cycles. I wasn't totally sure if they would work, but I figured I'd give it a go. Turns out, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were - I put in the order on a bank holiday Monday, they sent the parts out on Tuesday, and I got them in my hands by Wednesday at lunchtime. Their service was seriously impressive. And guess what? The parts fit like a glove and now my brakes are back to their smooth self.
Mountain bike gloves
I recently got some mountain bike gloves from this website and I was a little worried because of some negative reviews, but it all worked out! It actually took a bit longer for my order to arrive than I expected, but when I reached out to them about it, they replied really fast and gave me an idea of when it would show up. I'll definitely be shopping here again because the gloves are fantastic and their customer service was top-notch.
Heavily reduced cycling items
I found this really good deal while browsing on Google, and even though I saw some bad reviews, I still decided to go for it. I used PayPal for security and my stuff actually arrived just 2 days later all the way to Northern Ireland. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the price and the service from this online shop. Definitely one of the better online shopping experiences I've had recently.
Custom bike parts
Swinnerton Cycles really came through for me when I needed custom bike parts. I hadn't shopped there before, but they totally exceeded my expectations. They had the parts I needed in stock and delivered them super quickly, not just once but three times! Their communication was top-notch too - they even let me know right away when a part I was waiting for became available.
