Cute dress but poor quality
I got this really cute dress, but man, the quality is just not good at all. The sleeves don't even have elastic in the shoulder part, so the darn top keeps slipping down! I was so excited to wear it to the beach, but what a bummer. I tried reaching out to customer service, and all they keep doing is asking me for pictures. I sent them twice, but they're just dragging their feet and not giving me the refund they promised. Talk about frustrating!
Swimwear purchase regret
I really regret buying swimwear from this company recently. The quality was just not up to par – the fabrics felt cheap and like they would fall apart after one wear. I was pretty let down by the whole thing, especially when I tried to contact customer service about it. Dealing with returns and finding out they wouldn't cover customs fees was a huge headache on top of everything else. I should have checked the reviews before buying, so I could have avoided this mess. I'm definitely going to make sure to tell others about the low-quality products and service from this company.
Bikini swimsuit
I just got my new bikini swimsuit in the mail and I am so excited to wear it to the beach this summer! The colors are so bright and the material is super soft. I can't wait to show it off to all my friends. I will definitely be ordering from them again for my next beach trip.

I tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after placing he order only to be told it was too late. 1st disappointment. The ad said I should receive the order 7 to 12 days, it took 16 days. 2nd disappointment. I received my swimsuit yesterday, without even trying it on, I knew it would not fit. I believe my 13 year old granddaughter would have had a problem. I ordered the size according to the size chart that was given. 3rd disappoitment! Now I am being told that I can return it , of course, at my own expense keep it abd get 10% credit or keep it, reorder and only have to pay 50% of the cost. None of those options seem quite fair. I also have to add that the swimsuit did not appear to last the 2 months I would be able to wear it. So, now it seems I have a swimsuit I can not use and have to go buy a suit that I wull be able to wear...something I am regretting not having done in the first place.

Bought $274 worth of bathing suits from this SCAM ARTIST…I read the return policy before I purchased because I wasn’t sure they would fit. According to the sizing Description they should have fit according to my measurements. But I still made sure they could be returned. Well they did not fit and the sizing was not consistent. I contacted them to return them and I got 3 options. Take 3 more pieces under $35 each that would not fit me, a $30 refund or send them back to an address in China (UPS POSTAGE WAS $249.04). This company is a SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 4 swimsuits (None of them fit they were too small)
I had tu return them and the only offered 3 options (non of them full return)
After I chose the option of paying 1/2 price for other suits, they had me choose three styles to then say they were not available, yesterday I received 2 suimsuites and ordered and one that in not close to my taste. emailed Leon (Support) who is the person that has helped me so far with the return and he/she ghosted me. Which means they lets me with a bunch of swim suites that did not fit, no response and a bunch of money wasted. Do no but from them you will regret it.Swimwears
This company stole from me 500$
I ordered some stuff from them, I never received it.
They did not refund me and told me that I can order same stuffs with the same amount again and they will refund me this order but I still have to pay 40$ of shipping. I did another order but the parcel never arrived again. They made me order twice, spend twice the amount of my stuffs and I never get any of my orders shipped nor refunded. They are thiefs and scammers.

I had no idea this company was located in China. I read the 'returns' page and it states that bathing suits can be returned which is a lie.
The suits I received all varied wildly in size from one suit to the next. The suits are better suited to young girls with an A or B cup size.
I reached out to get the return address and found out the company was located in China. First, they told me that they would send me two more suits for free if I didn't return. I replied that I wanted to return the suits and get my 200 dollars back. This is how they replied:

Our warehouse is in China. You can check the shipping cost to China first as a reference.

That's why we can send you 2 new items for free, without any charge to replace return. You even don't need to pay for shipping cost. You can select any item price under USD$35.
You can sell the items out. They won't take you much time. Our items are cute, high quality, and cheap.
Or we can refund $25 in total instead of return.

Ive spent months back and forth and returned the item that didn't fit (like they told me to do) paid an extra $40+ canadian dollars of my own money to ship it back and they still wont refund my money because NOW they are saying it was part of a bogo sale so they wont refund. beware this site is a real scam!
the dresses are of very very bad quality. I sent back my order at my expense of course... and 8 months later the package came back because it was not claimed.
This way it saves them from refunding you!!!

Avoid this company. The suits themselves are cute but do not fit as seen in pictures or described. It took over a month for them to arrive. Wanting to return these, I'm offered 3 return options. 50% off another order and keep the first order, a quick partial refund (which is pennies on the dollar), or send it back for a full refund. Return shipping is all the way back to China, which is NOT cheap. What a joke, will never purchase from them again.

Purchased 4 Bathing Suits
The suits were made from the fabric seen on the web site but didn't fit me and were not what I considered to be a well made product. I contacted beachsisi to initiate the return process. I was offered the following which I cut and pasted from their email:
o help you fix the problem effectively, there are 4 options for you to select:
A) Exchange for Free Item: we resend you 1 new item with free price instead of return. (Most customers choose this)
B) Exchange for New Items: we resend you 4 new items with 50% off price instead of return.
C) Fast Partial Refund: You don't need to return. we can refund USD$3 for each return item. This way can save your much effort and time.
D) Return for full refund: Please mail them out within 7 days and offer the valid returning tracking number.
I chose option D to return for a full refund. Let me mention to get the product back to beachsissi with insurance was $65.50 priority mail and promised to be delivered in 10-14 days. Six months after the package was sent it was returned to sender and marked as "refused". beachsissi as evidenced by their 4 option offer of resolution never intended to give a full refund. They also had every intention of refusing the shipment if it was returned.
I cant say I wasn't warned about purchasing from a mail order company in China but chose to buy them anyway thinking I could return them. The cost of return is way too expensive and your returns can easily be refused.
I would never recommend beachsissi. I have been taken for the last time by the mail order companies outside of the USA. I caution all who deal with these companies that you are risk being taken as I was by beachsissii bought 6 different products, from ropers to tops and all don't fit correctly
Warning not to order from this company, getting a refund if anything does not fit is apparently non existent. i have so far asked for return 3 times to send products back. This is completely unacceptable. i will never order from this company again.
Bathing Suites
DO NOT buy from this company!!!! I spent $180 on suites that unfortunately didn’t fit me so I followed the return policy, paid $70 to ship them back to China, 6 months later I got the package back saying it was not claimed. Contacted customer service and their answer was “Oh, must be customs returning it and your bad luck, you can send them back again or get 15% back”…WHAT??? Contacted them online via their chat….said to send them an email that the chat is not for orders already placed….another WHAT moment and they won’t send me a return shipping label on their dime, they want me to spend another $70 to ship them to China AGAIN! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Reading MULTIPLE reviews on other websites now about this company and this is a normal thing that they do, they blame customs and then offer you 15%, what a joke! Order #BH1073392...I followed the EXACT instructions for return and within a day of receiving them so I was in the 15 day timeframe....MAKE THIS RIGHT Beachsissi!
Several swim suits
Unfortunately the suits came in a few sizes that just didn’t fit correctly, and by the time I had started the return process I was a day over the 15 day return and by the time they responded, etc. it was a few days over and they refused to let me return them. They are all in the zip loc baggies they came in with full tags. But not anything I will ever wear. They had large tops, and ill fitting bottoms. I was very disappointed. I had hoped they would be a great company.
