    Lip Balm

    I recently bought a lip balm from this brand, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I ordered one thing and got something totally different - a lip scrub stick. I reached out to the company to sort things out, but all I got back were empty promises and no solution. They said I had to wait for the wrong item to arrive and then send it back, which was a pain since it was their mistake. When I finally got the item, the return process was a letdown. The return shipping cost more than the price difference between the two products, so it just didn't make sense to send it back. It felt like they were trying to make it hard for customers to return things, since the shipping fee was way more than what I originally paid. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend buying from this brand again.

    Four T-shirt Order

    I bought four t-shirts not too long ago and man, the whole thing was a mess. I placed my order on August 4th and now it's September 6th, still no t-shirts in sight. The company's communication has been terrible, just sending generic emails blaming COVID-19 and system issues for the delay. They have zero customer service and keep tempting me with more products while my original order is lost in the abyss. I suggest staying far away from this company to save yourself some headaches.

    Expired Pure packets

    The free Pure packets I got with my purchase were totally expired and all stuck together. So when I called to complain, the person on the phone didn't even offer to send me a new one. Pretty bummed about the whole thing.

    Tabi shoes for partner's birthday

    I had a pretty bad experience dealing with this company. I ordered a pair of Tabi shoes for my partner's birthday, all excited about the cool gift I found. But, things quickly went south when I ran into several problems. I placed my order on September 27 and eagerly waited for my shipping confirmation, which I only got on October 7. Even then, my order seemed to be stuck in transit forever. Getting worried about the delay, I contacted the company on November 1 and was pretty disappointed by their poor communication. They told me my order was lost in transit and offered an exchange or refund. I chose the refund, hoping for a quick fix. But, it's been a month since then, and I haven't heard a thing from the company. Despite my many follow-ups and attempts to reach out on Instagram, it's like they're ignoring me. The tracking info says my order never even left the warehouse. This lack of transparency and responsibility from the company has really let me down and I don't know what to do next. I really hope they solve this quickly and I get my order eventually, even if it's late.

    Glossier 'You' perfume

    I recently got my hands on the Glossier 'You' perfume online and let me tell you, I am over the moon with both the product and the amazing customer service I got. I live in Germany and couldn't find this perfume anywhere nearby, so I placed my order on February 1st. To my surprise, I got a shipping notification the same day! Since it's a liquid, there were some import taxes and duties when it arrived in Germany. I reached out to Glossier's customer service and got a response right away, even though it was a Sunday. They quickly refunded me the amount on Monday morning. Their efficiency and professionalism blew me away. My package got to me on February 5th, just four days after I ordered. The delivery was super quick and the customer service was top-notch. And can we talk about the perfume? It's absolutely lovely, I am beyond happy with my purchase.

    Ease of purchase, address error

    I had such an easy time buying from this store, it really impressed me. But then I realized later on that my address was wrong in the order. Right now, I'm trying to fix it so my package gets to the right place. Other than that little hiccup, I have nothing bad to say about my shopping experience. The website was easy to use, they had a great selection of products, and checkout was a breeze.

    After a long trip, the last thing I want is a headache trying to find my way to my final destination. But with this service, it was smooth sailing all the way.
