Groceries and household items
I ordered groceries and household items recently from this retailer and honestly, it was a big letdown. The whole process of ordering was a mess - things kept disappearing from my cart and the website was a pain to navigate. The service was nothing to write home about either, hardly any updates on my order and it took forever for delivery. The prices were okay, but I felt like they were sneakily adding on extra fees without telling me. To top it all off, when my order finally made it, it was late and missing stuff or they just swapped items without asking me. All in all, it was a pretty bad experience and I'm definitely shopping somewhere else next time.
