Car insurance limitations on weekends
It's so annoying that when you buy a car on the weekend, you can't get insurance until Monday. Allstate is only open for claims over the weekend, so we have to wait until Monday and it ends up taking forever.

Online purchase experience
I highly recommend not using this company for online shopping. Even though their prices are low, they use DHL for international shipping, and that can be a huge hassle for customers. Unlike other companies, they don't let you redirect your packages to secure pickup locations, which means you have to be home all day for deliveries. This lack of flexibility is not okay and shows that they don't really care about making things convenient for customers. Nowadays, people are busy and the company should be doing everything they can to make things easier for us. Unfortunately, this company falls short in that area.

Zappos is definitely my go-to online retailer. I have my doubts about Trustpilot though. Sometimes they're right about calling out bad websites, but they also seem to give great sites a hard time for just a few mistakes. To be safe, I usually order stuff through Amazon. I already know what size shoes I wear, so it's easy to get them with free shipping in just 2 days. No stress. I can't really comment on their customer service since I've never had any problems or returns. Plus, they don't pull that sneaky move of putting multiple charges on my credit card like some other online stores. After thinking it over, I still feel good about my first review, but I understand that others might have had different experiences. Hopefully, the company takes all feedback to heart and keeps up the good work.

Refund issue
I bought something from this company recently, but I had to return it because it didn't fit right. The item got here quickly, but getting my money back has been a huge problem. Even though Brother2Brother got the item back, I still haven't gotten my refund. I've emailed them several times, but their customer service hasn't replied at all. What's even worse is that their phone number is down and their website isn't working. This lack of communication and responsiveness is really frustrating and disappointing.
