Travel insurance policy
I just bought travel insurance from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. The customer service wasn't great, the policy details were confusing, and the whole thing made me unsure about my coverage. When I asked questions, I got vague answers that didn't make me feel better about my choice to go with them. The prices were higher than other companies with similar policies, and it took longer than I thought to get my policy documents. Overall, it wasn't a good experience and I won't be using them again.
