Too small shoes
I bought these shoes online, but they ended up being too small for me. I tried to exchange them for a bigger size, but the website was being a pain and wouldn't let me do it. I looked everywhere, but there was no mention of final sales on their site. I've been trying to get help from customer service, but all I got was one email telling me to use the same process that wasn't working for me. Still no response. It's frustrating!

Splash guards purchased, issues with return authorization
My experience with AutoAnything was super frustrating. I bought splash guards for my truck and got two sets for the back. I called to return them, and the person said they'd email me a return number, but it never came. After two weeks, I called again and was told they hadn't heard back from the manufacturer. Looks like I might not ever get that return number from these guys.

Skincare products
I just bought some skincare products from this brand, and even though the products are awesome, I was really let down by their delivery and customer service. I paid for expedited 2-day shipping, but the package arrived late. I tried to cancel the order by contacting them through different ways, but they never got back to me. It's frustrating because other companies I've dealt with in the past have handled these kinds of problems much better.
