Warranty purchase for electronic devices
I had a really good time with my warranty purchase for a bunch of electronic gadgets from this company. It was easy to figure out how to do it, and I thought the coverage choices were pretty good and didn't break the bank. The folks on the customer service team were super helpful in answering my questions and helping me through the whole purchase thing. In the end, I'm happy with how everything turned out and would totally suggest this service to other folks.

Misleading sizing, poor quality
What a bummer! The size was totally wrong and the quality was really low. It's like they didn't even bother to double-check before shipping it out. And customer service? Forget about it - it feels like talking to a brick wall. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this mess. No wonder they're trying to cover up their mistakes by disabling comments on social media.

Seaside Chromatic area rug
Paid 256.80usd with tax on April 2nd. It is now May 19. I tried canceling order by email 4 times, left 6 messages on their phone they never answered. Had to dispute with my bank on April 12. Now have to wait 45 days before bank gives me my money back for an item that never shipped and I could not get a human to respond to cancel (can't do it on site) and issue refund.

My order was messed up when I ordered. They couldn't not alter the order when I called. They still charged me and shipped out the holster for me to return. Total hassle. Also they pop up an offer, after you submit your order, to but mag holders for 2 for $19. I only wanted one and wanted to see how much it was for one, but it ordered two with no review. Straight to complete. Total hassle. Even the call center rep said the place has issues with their ordering system. I only buy from www.jm4tactical.com now. That is a great company. I never should have even bothered trying another.
