Difficult Refund Process
I just wanted to share that I had to deal with getting a refund for something I bought recently, and let me tell you, it was a total hassle. The customer service folks took forever to get back to me, and I had to bug them multiple times just to hear anything. It really shouldn't be this much trouble to get your money back for a broken item, you know?

Weekend getaway
The hotel had a fantastic location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Manuel at the front desk and Paige in the restaurant were particularly great. The rooms were really comfortable and peaceful. The hotel had a unique charm that made the whole experience even better. I wish I had brought my golf clubs for the course nearby.

I have lymphoma and don't have much of an appetite, so I was having trouble getting the nutrients I needed from fruits and veggies. I had a pretty good time at Stand-Prive, but the jacket I bought was too small. Also, I had trouble printing the return slip, which was frustrating. It's a bummer because everything else I got fit perfectly. I really hope they can fix these issues for others so shopping there is easier.

Recent shoe purchase gone wrong
This online store is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. I bought a pair of shoes, they didn't fit, so I sent them back the same day. But then they told me the shoes were damaged and wouldn't take them back. What a joke! When I got the shoes back, they were even more beat up. I contacted customer service, and they had the nerve to claim the shoes were fine. Total scam artists here, they'll take your money and run. Turns out I'm not the only one they've ripped off. Lots of people online have had the same issue with damaged goods and no returns. Don't waste your money on this shady company! Stick with reputable luxury retailers like Net-A-Porter, My Theresa, Farfetch, or The Outnet for hassle-free shopping.

Clothing purchase
When I first got my order, I was kinda bummed because the thing I got was too small. So, I called customer service and they said I could get some money back or a coupon for their stuff, but I wasn't cool with that. But then, after we emailed back and forth, they told me I didn't have to send the thing back and they'd give me my money back soon. It was cool that they fixed things in the end, but they could do better with how they talk to customers. It would've been easier if I could've talked to a real person right away.

Gold card purchase
I just bought a gold card from OpenSky while I was on vacation in Florida. I signed up for the card and got it while I was still on vacation. But when I got back home, I saw a charge of $90 plus late fees and penalties all on the very day I returned. And to top it off, the card hadn't even been activated yet! This whole thing made me feel annoyed and like I got ripped off. So be careful, shoppers, watch out for this shady business practice.
