My Experience with Flydubai
I am an avid traveler and have used flydubai on numerous occasions for both leisure and business trips. From the moment I book my flight, I always appreciate the ease and convenience of flydubai's website and mobile app. The booking process is straightforward and allows me to select my preferred seat and add any extra services I may need.
The check-in process is also quick and seamless, either through the app or at the airport. The staff are always friendly and helpful, ensuring a stress-free start to my journey.
On board, I have always been impressed with the comfort of flydubai's fleet of Boeing 737s. The seats are spacious and offer ample legroom, making for a comfortable flight. The in-flight entertainment system is fantastic, with a range of movies, TV shows, games, and music to choose from.
The food and drinks available for purchase on board are also good quality and reasonably priced. The flight attendants are always attentive, offering a high level of service to all passengers.
Arriving at my destination, I have always found that flydubai operates a smooth and efficient disembarkation process, allowing me to make the most of my time in my destination.

As soon as I saw he wasn't feeling well, I asked for help, and they were right there to assist, which stopped things from getting worse. Their fast reaction and comforting demeanor really calmed me down in a tough moment. I'm so grateful for their help and will definitely be choosing this airline for our next trips.
Recent business trip to Dubai
The airline had a really good flight schedule for my business trip from Kiev to Dubai. The service was decent, nothing amazing but not bad either since it's a budget airline. I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Anie at the check-in counter for letting me bring my 2kg extra luggage, that was super nice of her. Thanks again!
Dubai to Doha flight, damaged baggage
My luggage got destroyed at the airport, so I let the airline know. It took them 2 weeks, but they ended up sending me replacement bags. Shoutout to the airline for coming through!
Flight cancellation without notice
I recently had a pretty terrible experience where my flight from Karachi to Baku got canceled out of the blue, no heads-up or anything. It was super frustrating and just added a bunch of stress for no reason. On top of that, even though they said I'd get a refund, it's been weeks and still no sign of it. The lack of communication and follow-through is just not cool at all. I'm really disappointed with the way things were handled and it's not okay.
Flight tickets from Dubai to London
My recent flight from Dubai to London wasn't great. I paid a lot for my ticket, but was surprised I had to pay extra for things like a headset and in-flight entertainment. It felt kinda cheap and not what I expected from a well-known airline. Compared to other flights I've taken, the service and vibe just weren't up to par. I hope next time I fly to London, I can find an airline that includes these basics in the ticket price for a better overall experience.
Long-haul flight
My recent long-haul flight was a complete letdown. The seats were so cramped that it was basically impossible to get comfortable during the 7 hour and 45-minute trip. And guess what? I had to pay extra just to watch TV on the flight. On top of all that, they didn't even offer free drinks, and there wasn't enough food for everyone. And to make matters worse, there was no water in the bathroom to wash your hands. All in all, this flight was far from enjoyable, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Flight reservation from Kuwait to Dubai
I just booked a flight from Kuwait to Dubai, and boy was it a disaster! My flight got cancelled and delayed for a whopping 10 hours. Because of this mess, I ended up missing my connecting flights to Paris and then on to Brest. I had to fork out more money for another ticket on Gulf Air just to finally get where I was going. This whole ordeal ended up costing me a ton of cash. And to top it off, when I tried to get some kind of compensation from the airline, they gave me the cold shoulder and said they weren't responsible. Can you believe that?

I had a really bad time with that airline recently. I booked a flight with them, but then all of a sudden they canceled it and didn't say anything to me for months. I tried getting in touch with them several times, but they just told me I wouldn't get a refund. It's not right for a company to do that, keeping people's money without giving them the service they paid for. I really think people should steer clear of this airline at all costs.

I had the worst experience with this airline. They canceled my flight last minute, and I got stuck at the airport for 20 hours trying to get a new one. I waited in line for 8 hours just to get some help, but the staff was so unhelpful and didn't communicate at all. On top of that, they lost both of my bags and haven't responded to any of my calls or messages. It's been three days in Sri Lanka without my essential medication. This is just not right - they should take better care of their customers.

I just had the absolute worst flight experience! My luggage got completely destroyed and now they won't even refund me. I've been waiting for five whole months now and they haven't even bothered replying to any of my messages. It really feels like they're trying to scam me or something. It's just so frustrating.
Delayed flight, poor communication
I had such a terrible experience with this airline. My flight from Dubai to Krabi was delayed and they didn't even bother to let us know beforehand or give us updates. I had to spend the night sleeping on the hard airport floor because they didn't provide any accommodation. And to make matters worse, the staff straight up lied about the reason for the delay. They said the runway in Krabi was closed, but I could clearly see other flights landing just fine. This lack of honesty and transparency is just not okay. It's really disappointing.
Long haul flight from Thailand to Dubai
This airline is a total nightmare. First of all, they wouldn't let us pay in advance for extra baggage, so we had to pay extra at the airport. The flight was awful - the seats were super uncomfortable, hard as rocks, and didn't even recline. Trying to sleep on a long flight was impossible. It felt like being on a cheap airline with no perks. I strongly recommend not using this airline for long flights, or really any flights if you can help it.
Flight rescheduled last minute
Our return flight from vacation got rescheduled last minute, adding a whole extra day to our trip. It was a total disaster and completely messed with our travel plans. We won't be flying with this airline for future trips.
