Variety of products
I recently bought something from an online store and their website was super easy to use. The product details were clear and easy to understand, which helped me make a good decision. The prices were really good - even better than places like Amazon, Walmart, and Office Depot. What I really liked was all the different colors available for what I wanted to buy. It was also really easy to make changes to my shopping cart and see how much everything would cost right away, so I didn't spend too much. I had a really great shopping experience on this website and I was happy with the quality of the products that came.
Island Oasis smoothie shelf-stable packaging change
The new packaging for the Island Oasis smoothies is fantastic! I'm thrilled to see that they fixed the messy spills and leaks from before. I'm not sure if it was the manufacturer or the folks in the shipping department at WebstaurantStore, but whoever did it, thank you! The new packaging makes it a lot easier to keep and move the smoothies around without worrying about spills. It's nice to see the company listening to customers and making things better. I'm really happy with this change and will definitely keep buying the Island Oasis smoothies from WebstaurantStore.
Coffee shop supplies
As a coffee shop owner, I depend a lot on finding good suppliers for all my business needs. When I found this online store, I was happy to see that they had everything I needed for my coffee shop all in one spot. They have a great selection and top-notch quality supplies, which I really value. It's super convenient being able to order everything from one place. Incorrectly sized part
This company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I ordered a part that turned out to be completely different from what was shown in the picture on their website. It was not only oversized, but they also charged me a ridiculous amount for shipping. When I contacted them about returning the wrong part, they slapped me with a huge restocking fee. And on top of that, they didn't even restock the item - they just told me to throw it away. It's unbelievable that they would charge me a fee without even bothering to restock the product. This whole situation has been so frustrating and disappointing.
Italian Ice Base products
I'm a regular customer who loves ordering Italian Ice Base products from your website, but I gotta say I've been pretty disappointed lately. Every time my order gets shipped to my business in Florida, there's always a leak. It's frustrating to deal with leaked liquids every time, and I've noticed that the caps and nozzles aren't sealed properly, causing the issue. As someone who depends on your supplies for my business, I would really appreciate it if you could improve the packaging to avoid this problem in the future.

I have been getting my syrups and flavorings from this online store for more than a year, and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with it. I just bought something online and ran into some problems with the ordering. I didn't get an email confirmation after I placed my order, which kinda worried me. Not being able to talk to a real person has got me feeling annoyed and unsure about what's going on with my order and account.
Glassware and straws purchase
The products are really good, but I'm kinda bummed about how they come packaged. Lately, we've been getting broken glass and straws that are poorly wrapped. It's annoying to open a package and find things all messed up.
Cookie sheet and bus tubs
I really love WebstaurantStore! I could seriously spend hours just looking through their website and finding all kinds of neat stuff to buy. Being a wife and mom, I really like the fact that I can order small amounts of things, instead of having to buy in bulk like restaurants do. I actually just bought a new cookie sheet and some bus tubs to use as planters for lettuce on my deck. Their selection is just incredible and the prices are fantastic!
Initial order with discount request
I really like how user-friendly your website is, but it would be awesome if new customers could get a discount on their first order. It would also be great to receive coupon codes for food items every now and then. I'm really happy that I found your site. Thank you very much!
Return fees suck
Man, that was frustrating! I bought something from this place and had to return it. Can you believe they deducted shipping, restocking, and reshipping fees from my return? If you're not completely sure about buying from here, just stick with Amazon.
Shipping charges
I recently bought something from this store, but man, the shipping charges were ridiculous. It felt like they were charging per item, and it ended up way more than I thought. I just can't get behind that kind of pricing; it's just not cool. It almost feels like they're trying to make people not want to order within the US, which is kind of confusing. I've seen cheaper shipping from other places for the same stuff, so this was a real letdown for me.

Hand crank can opener replacement
I bought a hand crank can opener from that store to swap out our old one that we've had for more than forty years. But the new can opener was a dud. It couldn't open a can right - it would just partially cut the top before the can started sliding all over the place. I was really let down by how poorly it worked and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
