First-time purchase experience
My first time ordering from the website was kind of annoying. I had a few things in my cart, but then I decided to take one out. When I did that, the website somehow cleared out my whole cart, so I had to start all over again. And on top of that, I had trouble with the first-time customer code. Even though it was my first time ordering, the code didn't work because it was apparently only for brand new customers. Those technical issues were a little frustrating, but other than that, ordering was pretty easy.
clothing purchase
I love shopping for stylish clothes, and I recently bought some items from your store. I have to say, I am super impressed! The quality and design of the clothes are even better than I expected. Whenever I wear them, I get so many compliments and I feel like I really stand out in the crowd. Plus, the prices are great, so I can stay on trend without spending a ton of money. Misleading clothing items
I can't believe how misleading these clothing items were! The dress I ordered came with a huge hole burnt through it! On top of that, the other items I got were nothing like what they looked like in the pictures. The fit was all wrong, with big shoulder pads and pants that didn't fit well. Being a standard size 10-12, I was really hoping for better quality and accuracy in what I bought. It's frustrating to see companies like this using shady advertising on social media sites like Instagram and Facebook. And to make things worse, the prices weren't even low for the bad quality you get. I tried to look for their return policy to send these items back, but it looks like they don't even have one, which is a common thing these companies do to make you not want to return things.
Variety of patterns, fair pricing
I was really happy with all the different patterns this company has. Unlike other brands that usually have the usual paisley or floral designs, this brand has some really unique and cool patterns that stand out. The website was easy to use and the prices were fair for what you're getting.
Luxurious sweaters without labels
These sweaters are so beautiful! The fabric is top-notch, the designs are stunning, and they're really comfy to wear. But they don't have any labels inside, so it's hard to know how to take care of them. My husband rocked the black one last night and ended up with an allergic reaction because it was so itchy. It's a bummer that these fancy clothes would lead to such discomfort.
Clothing for a Christmas Party
I really liked all the different clothes they had at that store. It was so easy to pick out an outfit for the Christmas party I'm going to on the 16th. Ordering was a breeze and I liked how straightforward it was. I was a bit worried about whether my clothes would get here on time, though. But, in the end, I was happy with my shopping trip.

I just love how beautiful the dresses are! Buying them was easy, but I messed up and got the wrong size. I bought a medium at first, but it ended up being too small. Now I had to get a large. Sadly, I missed the return deadline for the medium, so now I'm stuck with it.
Shipment received after long wait
My order just came in after a long wait, but I gotta say, the product is top-notch. It looks just like it did in the ad, so I'm happy with that. Even though I'm pleased with the product, the slow delivery to Ireland and the struggle to get in touch with customer service was a big letdown. I had to leave a review before hearing anything back, which was pretty annoying.
International order to Spain
I ordered something from Spain on November 30th, and it still hasn't shown up. It's taking longer than I thought, so now I'm wondering if everything's okay with my order. I'm really ready for it to arrive soon!
Lack of customer service contact options and unclear order details
As a customer, I was really frustrated because I couldn't find a phone number or any way to get in touch with customer service before I made my purchase. Then, to top it off, I had a problem where I added 15 items to my cart but only got 14 when it arrived. The lack of clear order details just made me feel irritated and disappointed.
Dress purchase
I ordered some dresses and it was so easy to do. The only thing that kinda stinks is I'm not totally sure if the belts came with them. I really hope they did!

First-time order, high quality, wrong size
I just ordered from this company for the first time and I gotta say, I was really impressed by how nice the garment I got was. The fabric was so good and the stitching was really well done. But, the size was off which was a bummer. The options for customizing on the website weren't that great, so it was tough to get the right fit. Even though that was a letdown, I'm still willing to give them another shot because the quality of the product was way better than I expected.
Dress for a wedding
I'm a first-time customer and I ordered a dress for a wedding a week ago. But I checked the website and saw that my order hasn't been shipped yet. I get there was a holiday in there, but I'm worried the delay might mess with the dress quality and fit. I can't wait to get it and hope it looks as good as in the picture. I'll let you know when it arrives.
Swimwear purchase
I bought some swimwear from your site not long ago, but there was a problem with the delivery. Even though I paid for Order 41081660, I never got the swimsuit. I contacted customer service, and they helped me place a new order. I'm crossing my fingers that this time the delivery goes smoothly and I actually get the product I paid for.
