Recent phone purchase
I recently bought a phone from Back Market and I gotta say, it was a great experience. I've gotten phones from them before and I'm definitely planning on getting more for my family. Back Market partners with local sellers to offer quality used and refurbished electronics. Even though one of the phones I got had some charging issues, Back Market quickly replaced it without any trouble. The customer service team was super nice and really wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I feel like they're my go-to in the used electronics game and I really appreciate how focused they are on making customers happy. If Back Market ever went public, I would seriously think about investing in their stocks.

I just got a refurbished laptop from Back Market and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed! I specifically picked an older model because I needed it to have enough ports for all my stuff, and this laptop fits the bill perfectly. The package came real quick and the laptop itself is in awesome shape. There's only one little scratch on the case, but it's no biggie.
