Custom brick figure purchase
I recently got two custom brick figures from Gift Lab and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how everything turned out. I was kinda nervous about ordering them because I wanted them to look like a photo of me in Indian clothes, which I wasn't sure they could pull off. But man, when those figures arrived in New Zealand just 7 days after being sent out, I was blown away. They looked exactly like the photo I sent in, down to every little detail. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The only issue I had was that I couldn't track my package online, but when I contacted the company, they got back to me the same day with tracking info. Overall, my experience with Gift Lab was awesome and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for custom figures.
Bobble head purchase
I absolutely adored the bobble head I received from Gift Lab! It turned out exactly like the picture I sent them, and they even sent me a proof of the head pretty fast. I was so thrilled with how everything turned out, even better than I expected. I decided to ignore the negative reviews I came across and took a chance with them, and I'm really happy I did! The only downside was that my order arrived a bit late with the VIP shipping, but the customer service representative I spoke with handled it very professionally. All in all, I would definitely order from Gift Lab again down the road.
Customer service experience
I had a little problem with my order the other day and had to call customer service for help. I gotta admit, the folks I talked to were super helpful, knew their stuff, and were really patient. They took the time to listen to my issue and fixed it right away. They promised my next order would be perfect, and I'm really grateful for how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The service I got was awesome, and I'll definitely be coming back because of it.
High quality product and excellent customer service
I just bought something really awesome from Gift Lab and let me tell ya, their customer service was top-notch! Everything from ordering to getting it delivered was super easy, and they even rushed it for me in time for an event I had coming up. A unicorn-shaped pillow
I ordered this really adorable unicorn pillow back on March 6th and I was so pumped for it to arrive! But, when it finally showed up on March 25th, it was delivered to the wrong place. I tried reaching out to both the company and the delivery service, but I never heard back... no refund, no pillow, no explanation. Man, I was super bummed and annoyed about the whole thing. Definitely not gonna be ordering from them again, that's for sure!
Personalized wooden bear family
I ordered a personalized wooden bear family with our names on it but they forgot the "t" letters in the names. I then requested a replacement, but the new one they sent had the same mistake. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, I was able to get a refund.
Wedding figures
I just wanted to share how happy I was with my order of wedding figures from this store. They arrived really quickly and oh my goodness, they looked so good! I didn't think they would look so much like our friends, but the designer really nailed it. The material seemed top-notch too, and they were packaged in a cute little gift box. If you're unsure about ordering, I say go for it - you won't regret it!

Second-chance success
Even though I sent in a not-so-great photo, the folks at Gift Lab really stepped up and knocked it out of the park with the final product. They were super nice and went the extra mile to make sure the custom lamp I wanted would turn out just right. My husband absolutely loved the gift, and I'm already thinking about ordering from them again. Thanks for the amazing service and top-notch product!
Christmas gift
In general, I thought the product and prices were good. But man, the shipping was a real letdown. I ordered the stuff in December 2023, but didn't get it until February. When I reached out to ask about my order, they told me it got lost. They did send me another one right away, so I got it pretty quickly. It was a bummer that the Christmas present was late, but at least they fixed it quickly.
Late delivery of gift order
The customer service of this company is terrible. They totally ignored my questions, and my gift order came three weeks late, so I had to send it back right away. It's not okay to treat customers like that.
Custom wallet and bracelet for Fathers Day
Oh my gosh, I found the coolest customized wallet and bracelet for my dad for Father's Day, and he totally loved it! He was almost in tears because he loved it so much! I showed it to my friends and now two of them have already bought from this website. I'm definitely going to recommend it to everyone!
Last-minute holiday gift
I had a last-minute holiday gift crisis and thought about ordering from this company. I was really impressed with how fast they took care of a problem I had with my order. But, even though I ordered it right at the beginning of December, I still haven't gotten my item yet. The customer service was awesome, but I'm bummed that my gift didn't get here in time for the holidays. I'm crossing my fingers that it'll show up before the year is over.

Personalized photo block purchase
I just got a personalized photo block from this store, and I'm pretty bummed out about it. I thought the customization option would let me edit the design how I wanted, but it's actually really frustrating to use. It's not easy to explain what you want, let alone actually make any changes to the design.
Customized Lego gift
I just got a custom Lego gift for a friend who's really into building stuff with bricks. They were so excited and happy with it, and they loved being able to be creative in their own special way. Ordering it was easy, and I liked that I could make edits before it was finalized. The price was reasonable for a personalized gift, so it was a perfect choice for a special event.
Custom photo t-shirt order
I just got my custom photo t-shirt order and I gotta say, I am totally blown away! The picture looks amazing and the shirts are so soft and cozy. Express shipping order
Don't place an order! Even after shelling out for express shipping, they still can't deliver on time and tack on extra customs fees. FedEx delivery is completely unacceptable, and when you reach out for support after paying for express shipping, they don't offer any assistance!
