Recent dress purchase
I just bought this beautiful dress from this store and I have to say, I am so happy with it. The dress is made really well and the materials are top quality. When I put it on, I felt like royalty. But what really made my experience great was the amazing service. The staff knew their stuff and made sure I found the perfect dress for my event. And my dress arrived quickly, way sooner than I expected. I was really impressed with the whole shopping experience at that store.
Stunning dress
I've never had such amazing customer service before. I bought this beautiful dress from here, but had some problems with the delivery. Sabrina and Hailey really came through and made sure I got my dress in time. They were so dedicated and quick in responding. And let me tell you, the dress was stunning and totally worth it. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again because of their top-notch service.
Dress x-small size
The x-small size was actually a little too big for me, so now I wish I had gone with the xx-small instead. But I gotta say, I really love this dress! The quality is so much better than what you usually find on other online stores. I've worn it a bunch of times now and every time I do, I get compliments on it.
Dress order
I bought a dress from this store about a month ago and I still haven't gotten it. And whenever I go to track my order, the website is all wonky. I've tried emailing and hitting them up on Instagram a bunch of times, but they never get back to me. And now the dress I bought is on a big sale, even though I paid a ton for it - over $300! It seems like they're just using influencers and ads to rope people in, but when it comes to actual customer service, they're just not there. I'm actually in the middle of disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I had such a bad experience with this store. I pre-ordered a dress and waited so long for it to ship. But after a month went by, way past when I was told it would ship, I finally reached out to ask about it. Turns out, they said they couldn't send me the dress and my only option was store credit. I tried contacting their customer service a bunch of times to check on my order, but they never got back to me. It's pretty frustrating how they don't keep in touch with their customers. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone buy from them online.

I recently bought a black dress online that costs almost £150 including delivery fees. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't received my order. I've been trying to contact them through email, but haven't heard anything back about what's going on. This whole lack of communication and slow delivery is really not cool. I'm so bummed out. I splurged on what I thought were luxury items, but what I got was totally disappointing. The leather jacket felt like fake plastic, and the silk blouse was as sheer as a piece of tissue paper - it fell apart after just one wear. I bought some stuff that was way too expensive for what I got. It was poor quality and fell apart after I wore it just a few times. Then, when I tried to return it, the customer service was terrible. They wouldn't take it back because they said it looked used and smelled bad, even though I only tried it on. I wouldn't suggest shopping at this place.

I just bought some designer dresses from Heiress Beverly Hills to try and level up my wardrobe a bit. But man, was I let down! The dresses I got looked nothing like the pics online, and the quality was seriously lacking. And to top it off, their customer service was practically non-existent when I tried to talk to them about it. It seemed like once they got my money, they didn't care anymore. Overall, my experience with this place was terrible, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone in search of top-notch products and service.
Birthday dress
I got this dress for my birthday bash, but it arrived late and I missed the window to swap it due to their strict 14-day rule. The website says you have 14 days after buying, not receiving it. Dealing with their customer service was a pain because they took forever to get back to me and weren't any help in exchanging it when I needed. I ended up squeezing into a dress that was too snug and had to adjust it all night.
