    I just bought a Weekender bag from this store and it turns out I got the wrong size. But let me tell you, the customer service when I asked to exchange it was top-notch. Quick responses, easy process. The bag is beautiful and really well-made. Can't wait for the mini version to arrive, it'll be perfect for my travels.     I recently bought a vape pen from this company and I gotta say, it's been pretty awesome. Had some problems at first, but the customer service team was quick to help out and asked me a few questions to figure out what was going on before sending me a new one. Had to go through the process twice, but it was totally worth it because these pens are seriously top-notch. They can handle a heavy user like me, burning through over a gram a day. I definitely recommend this company and their products, just be patient and trust that they'll fix any problems that pop up.

    Yeah, so like, I bought this watch last week and it was totally not what I was expecting from the website. So then, I wanted to return it, but before the courier people even came to get the watch, they sent a small like notification. And then, they just canceled the whole collection thing without even like giving a reason. And this happened twice! The customer service was terrible, they just gave me like these formal replies, not even trying to help or anything. I would definitely not recommend buying from this store or online from there, like, zero customer service for sure.

    Booking a trip to the Azores

    Oh my gosh, I just booked a trip to the Azores and it was amazing! The folks at the company were so quick to reply to my emails and even had a real person pick up when I called. Her name was Sofia and we were actually chatting via email - how cool is that? The follow-up emails they sent were super helpful, but our trip isn't until October so fingers crossed everything goes smoothly!

    I bought these pillowcases as a gift for someone, and they totally blew me away.     Christmas gifts apparel purchase

    I bought a bunch of clothes online from this company as Christmas gifts. The process of ordering was easy and the stuff arrived pretty quickly. But when I checked them out, the quality was not great so I decided to return some of it. That's when I hit a snag with their return policy. The 30-day return period actually starts from the day they ship it, not when you get it. I think that's kind of unfair because it cuts down the time I have to make a return. They really need to fix that to make it fair for us customers. I'm pretty bummed about this and I hope they do better next time.

    Easter Basket order changed without consent

    I ordered a Deluxe Easter Basket, but got an email the next day saying they switched it to a Tower of Chocolates without asking me. It was frustrating and disappointing that they couldn't fulfill my original order. The lack of communication and customer service was really unprofessional. I was not happy with how things turned out.

    450B smoker grill purchase

    I just entered the realm of smoker grills and settled on the 450B model. It's the perfect size for what I was looking for. Delivery was quick and straight from the company. Putting it together was easy and the controller features really impressed me. Compared to my friends' grills, this one has way better temperature control. I love being able to pick out my own pellets for different smoke flavors, it's made for some incredible dishes. This grill has been the best bang for my buck, hands down.

    I just bought some designer dresses from Heiress Beverly Hills to try and level up my wardrobe a bit. But man, was I let down! The dresses I got looked nothing like the pics online, and the quality was seriously lacking. And to top it off, their customer service was practically non-existent when I tried to talk to them about it. It seemed like once they got my money, they didn't care anymore. Overall, my experience with this place was terrible, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone in search of top-notch products and service.

    I've had a really disappointing experience with this online store. I bought a pair of ballet flats, but ran into a bunch of issues with my order. Even though the website said my order was complete, UPS never updated the tracking info. When I contacted customer service, they told me UPS had actually cancelled my order. They did give me a full refund, but then when I tried to reorder the shoes, I ran into the same frustrating situation. Dealing with this unreliable delivery process was just too much hassle and stress. It's definitely turned me off from shopping here again. The shoes were cute, but not worth all the headache of dealing with such unreliable service.

    I am really upset with the customer service I got from this company. I tried reaching out multiple times through different ways like emails, chat requests, and voice messages just to get some help on how to return a dress. But sadly, I was totally ignored and never got a response back. So, I ended up keeping the dress even though I didn't like it because I had no choice. It was frustrating that they only offered store credit for returns, especially since their products aren't great quality. I really don't recommend buying anything from this company because their customer service stinks and their products aren't worth it. It feels like a total scam.

    Omg, I ordered this white skirt and blue blouse ages ago, but it still hasn't shown up! I've been waiting forever, like two and a half months, and I'm seriously getting annoyed. I've been trying to get in touch with them through emails and phone calls, but nobody is getting back to me. And their customer service is the absolute worst, for real.     I signed up for this beauty box from a certain company not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total bust. They totally messed up my payments, charging me multiple times for the same subscription. I tried reaching out to customer service and they were no help at all.
