Faulty jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this brand recently and unfortunately, it had a problem with the top pocket when it arrived. The stitching was off and the material inside was fraying. Even though there was an issue, I really liked how the jacket looked and fit. Because of some transportation issues, I couldn't return the jacket for about 5 days. So instead of dealing with that, I fixed the pocket myself and let Customer Service know about the problem. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly even over a holiday weekend. Aisha from Customer Service was super helpful and offered to send me a new jacket. But I had already fixed the pocket so I decided to just keep the original one. Aisha even gave me an extra discount as an apology for the jacket's condition, which I thought was nice. Overall, my experience with Customer Service was easy and hassle-free, all thanks to Aisha's quick responses and willingness to help me out.
Trench coat purchase online
I just bought a trench coat online and it turned out to be too big for me. But returning it was a breeze, no problems at all. The material of the coat was really nice and you could tell it was well-made, like I've come to expect from this brand from buying stuff from them before. I had to email customer service about the return and the ladies I talked to were super helpful and nice. They processed my refund really quickly, which was cool. It's a bummer there aren't any physical stores anymore where I can try things on before buying, because online shopping can be tricky when it comes to sizes.
Dress
I just bought something from this online store and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The ordering process was super easy to follow, making everything run smoothly. My stuff got here pretty quickly, even though I'm all the way in Australia. When I had to return something because it didn't fit right, it was a breeze and the customer service was top-notch. The clothes I got were really good quality and I could tell as soon as I opened the package. All in all, I had a great time shopping here and I'll definitely be back.
Order return issue resolution
I had some trouble returning an order online and couldn't figure out how to do it. I contacted Jade for help, and she quickly sent me the return slip and gave me clear instructions. But then I noticed I never got my refund. Luckily, Nimat from customer service helped me out over the online messaging tool and made sure I got my full refund along with an apology. Even though I had some problems at first, I was really impressed with how responsive and helpful the Karen Millen team was. Thanks for taking care of my issue so quickly and professionally.
Fashion items
I had a great time shopping at this store. The service was really good, and the clothes I bought were amazing quality. I would totally recommend this store to anyone who wants stylish and high-quality clothes. The staff was super nice and made my shopping trip really fun. Huge shoutout to Jade W. for being so helpful and awesome. I will definitely be back to shop here again and tell my friends and family about it.
Return label assistance
The customer service at this store is always amazing. I had a problem with a return label for an item that was already replaced, and Nikki really came through for me. She fixed the issue quickly and with no fuss. Even though I had to return the same item again, Nikki and the customer service crew went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I'm super impressed with how professional and committed they are to keeping customers satisfied. I plan on sticking with this store as a loyal customer for sure.
Size confirmation issue on order
I had a problem with the size confirmation on my order and ended up placing a second order by mistake. It was kind of annoying, but then I had to email customer service a bunch of times to confirm the size and start the return process for the second order. Despite the mix-up, I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service reps, Jade, Aimee S, and Paul, for being super helpful and on top of things. They really stepped up and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to making sure I was happy with my experience was top-notch.
Excellent customer service
I had a really great experience with the customer service team at this store recently. The representative, Zakiya, was super quick and efficient in helping me out with my request. I had already started a return but wanted to swap out an item before sending everything back. Zakiya jumped on it right away, got the extra item in there, and even gave me a QR code for the return. It made everything super easy for me. I was really impressed with how professional and attentive the staff was.
Quality, customer service, delivery
The products were really top-notch, some holding up for years while a few got wrinkled even before I could wear them. Still, overall, the quality is pretty impressive. In terms of customer service, I gotta say Chloe and Saniya were amazing. They really helped me sort out some issues I had with undelivered items, reorders, and returns. One thing they could work on though is choosing more reliable delivery companies, 'cause that kind of messed with my experience a bit.
Return process

Ill-fitting dress
I bought a dress from that store recently, but it was the wrong size. When I tried to return it, I had some trouble with the returns website. But, there was a customer service rep named Nimat who was amazing. Nimat responded quickly and really went out of their way to help me with my special request. It's not often you find such great customer service, so I was really impressed.
Tank top and jeans
Hey, guess what? I found this adorable tank top and jeans from this store and I love them! But, I ran into a small issue with returning something I bought online. I reached out to customer service and a girl named Jade W helped me out really quickly and got everything sorted out right away. I was so pleased with how fast and nice she was!
Return process difficulty
I just had a problem trying to return something because I couldn't access the returns portal in time. I missed the return deadline, but thankfully Stacie B came through and agreed to still accept my return. She hooked me up with a returns label and our email convo was on point - she got everything sorted out quickly. I gotta give a shoutout to Stacie B for going above and beyond with her customer service to help me out with this issue.
Dresses and blouses
The customer service advisor Nikki at Karen Millen was amazing! She was so quick, helpful, and super friendly. I really enjoyed shopping there because of her. Good customer service is so important, and Nikki nailed it. I’ll definitely be back to shop here just to chat with her again. Great job, Nikki!
Return and refund process
I had to return something to this store the other day, and I was a little bummed out when I didn't hear anything about when I'd get my money back. But then I emailed them, and I was actually really impressed by how fast Jade Amber got back to me. She took care of everything quickly and I was able to sort out the problem right away. Thanks to Karen Millen for the awesome customer service!
Missing Items
This brand is not worth your time. I ordered 4 items but only 2 arrived. It's ridiculous. I had to reach out to customer service just to figure out what went wrong, and turns out the missing items got lost during shipping. Now I'm stuck waiting for a refund. The only good thing I can mention is that the customer service reps were fast in their responses, but that doesn't make up for the products I didn't get.
Sequin dress too big
My dress was so cute, but it was way too big. I tried to return it online, but I got all mixed up on the website. Thankfully, Chloe from customer service was amazing and she hooked me up by sending me the barcode I needed. Shout out to Chloe for really coming through and making my shopping trip awesome!
Order never received
I was really bummed out that my order didn't come in time, especially because I needed it for a big event. But I contacted customer service and Jade got back to me right away, and quickly fixed the problem. Now, only a day later, my refund is on its way. I'm thankful for Jade's quick work and commitment to making sure customers are happy.
Next day delivery disappointment
I ordered something with next day delivery, but the courier messed up and pushed it to Monday. I contacted customer service, and they promptly refunded my delivery charges. I'm so excited to finally receive my order!
