    Faulty jacket purchase

    I bought a jacket from this brand recently and unfortunately, it had a problem with the top pocket when it arrived. The stitching was off and the material inside was fraying. Even though there was an issue, I really liked how the jacket looked and fit. Because of some transportation issues, I couldn't return the jacket for about 5 days. So instead of dealing with that, I fixed the pocket myself and let Customer Service know about the problem. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly even over a holiday weekend. Aisha from Customer Service was super helpful and offered to send me a new jacket. But I had already fixed the pocket so I decided to just keep the original one. Aisha even gave me an extra discount as an apology for the jacket's condition, which I thought was nice. Overall, my experience with Customer Service was easy and hassle-free, all thanks to Aisha's quick responses and willingness to help me out.

    Trench coat purchase online

    I just bought a trench coat online and it turned out to be too big for me. But returning it was a breeze, no problems at all. The material of the coat was really nice and you could tell it was well-made, like I've come to expect from this brand from buying stuff from them before. I had to email customer service about the return and the ladies I talked to were super helpful and nice. They processed my refund really quickly, which was cool. It's a bummer there aren't any physical stores anymore where I can try things on before buying, because online shopping can be tricky when it comes to sizes.

    I had some trouble returning an order online and couldn't figure out how to do it. I contacted Jade for help, and she quickly sent me the return slip and gave me clear instructions. But then I noticed I never got my refund. Luckily, Nimat from customer service helped me out over the online messaging tool and made sure I got my full refund along with an apology. Even though I had some problems at first, I was really impressed with how responsive and helpful the Karen Millen team was. Thanks for taking care of my issue so quickly and professionally.

    The customer service at this store is always amazing. I had a problem with a return label for an item that was already replaced, and Nikki really came through for me. She fixed the issue quickly and with no fuss. Even though I had to return the same item again, Nikki and the customer service crew went out of their way to make sure I was happy.     I had a problem with the size confirmation on my order and ended up placing a second order by mistake. It was kind of annoying, but then I had to email customer service a bunch of times to confirm the size and start the return process for the second order.     I had a really great experience with the customer service team at this store recently. The representative, Zakiya, was super quick and efficient in helping me out with my request.     The products were really top-notch, some holding up for years while a few got wrinkled even before I could wear them. Still, overall, the quality is pretty impressive. In terms of customer service, I gotta say Chloe and Saniya were amazing. They really helped me sort out some issues I had with undelivered items, reorders, and returns. One thing they could work on though is choosing more reliable delivery companies, 'cause that kind of messed with my experience a bit.

    This brand is not worth your time. I ordered 4 items but only 2 arrived. It's ridiculous.     I ordered something with next day delivery, but the courier messed up and pushed it to Monday. I contacted customer service, and they promptly refunded my delivery charges. I'm so excited to finally receive my order!
