Fre case with new charging port cover
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years. I've bought multiple cases and always willing to overlook some minor flaws. But man, the recent change to the charging port cover on the Fre case has really bummed me out. The front film scratches easily, but this new cover for the charging port is just not cutting it. It makes it a pain to charge my phone and takes away from the overall usability of the case. I've always loved how durable these cases are, but this change is pushing me to check out other case makers. It's just sad to see a great product like this get messed up by a badly designed feature.
Saving my phone
So, I was out fishing, ya know? My phone accidentally fell into the pond, and I really thought it was a goner. But I ended up getting a new phone and a case for it, and you'll never believe what happened next - a few weeks later, I found my old phone and it was still working perfectly! That case really did its job and kept my phone all dry. I've been using that case for like 5 years now, and even though it's missing some rubber parts, it's still working like a charm. I thought for sure water would've gotten in, but nope, my phone was good as new. Seriously, these cases are the best! Love 'em.
Protective phone case
I'm always running around and needed a good phone case to keep my device safe, so I bought one from your store. I was really disappointed with what I got. The screen protector made my pictures look fuzzy and the lens cover messed up my regular photos. The charging port cover broke off quickly, making the whole case useless. The waterproof seal also fell out, and the rubber around the screen started coming apart. It's really annoying to spend money on something that doesn't work well at all. I've bought $5 cases on eBay that are way better quality. This case definitely shouldn't have been sold.
Slam iPhone X case
I bought the Slam iPhone X case from this company towards the end of last year. Unfortunately, after only a few months of using it lightly, I started noticing cracks on the clear plastic part of the case. I was worried that this would affect how well the case protected my phone. So, I decided to take advantage of the warranty and filed a claim on their website. The process was simple and once they confirmed the issue with my images, they promptly sent me a new case. I really value a company that stands behind their products and takes care of any problems that arise.
Disappointing phone case
I'm really let down by the phone case I got from this company. The rubber seal on it started peeling off after only 3 months. I've bought cheaper cases elsewhere that held up better than this one.
Mystery magic case
This case is seriously a mystery, man. Just after a month, it fell apart! No idea how it happened - maybe I used it to stop a train or tossed it to an alligator? Who knows! The sound quality totally sucks, so now I have to text like we're back in the Stone Age. The only good thing is that it passed the waterproof test. And the coolest part? It's got a quiet button instead of a tiny, weird knob meant for elves like those other cases out there.
Phone case purchase
Don't even worry about coddling your phone, this case is tough as nails. I'm always running around and dropping my phone left and right, but this case has been a lifesaver. It's survived everything from faceplanting in a puddle to flying off the roof of my car like a torpedo, and my phone comes out without a scratch every single time. The waterproof feature is a godsend and the case is built like a tank. I'm never switching back to any other case.
Galaxy S8 case
I got this cool case for my Galaxy S8 back in May 2019 and it was great! It did a really good job of keeping my phone safe and dry, especially when I accidentally dropped it in water a few times. But as time went on, around November, it seemed like the waterproof feature wasn't as effective. By January, it was clear that it was no longer waterproof. I decided to look into the warranty, only to find out they shortened it to just 12 months now. Bummer!
Switched cases from my old phone to my new iPhone
I had this awesome case for my old phone that was a real lifesaver, but then I got a new iPhone and needed a new one for it. I ended up finding the same brand and style, and it fits perfectly! The case looks really sleek and snaps onto my phone like a superhero cape. One thing I love is how it lifts up to protect the camera lens, like a bodyguard for my phone's eye. I'm definitely keeping this case on all the time, it's amazing!
Device cases
I've always loved using phone cases to protect my device, but it wasn't until a few years back that I gave this one brand a shot. Since then, I've bought several cases from them, including one for my latest phone. Their products have been top quality, and their warranty policy is really impressive. I'll definitely keep coming back as long as they keep up the good work.
LifeProof purchase - falling apart cases
Man, these cases are just terrible. Sure, they might protect your phone from damage, but they literally fall apart in no time! The edges get all sticky and disgusting, and then they just start falling off. Can you believe one morning I woke up and a whole button was missing because of it? The original case wasn't any better either - all cracked and falling apart too! I wouldn't even give these cases a single star, they deserve zero stars for sure. Don't even bother wasting your money on them!
Overpriced Products and Poor Customer Service
My experience with this company has been really disappointing. Their products are way too expensive and their customer service is just awful. When I tried to return a broken item, they were rude to me and made me feel like I was bothering them. They don't do exchanges, only returns, and then they make you buy the item again at full price. And on top of that, they charge you for returns and shipping on the replacement. It takes forever for them to process returns, probably so they can make their numbers look better. I would suggest avoiding them altogether and finding somewhere else to shop.
Defective waterproof case
I recently tried out a waterproof case, but it didn't work as well as I had hoped. Even though I followed the installation instructions for a water-proof test, the case didn't meet the standards and didn't work the way it was supposed to. When I looked for help on the company's website, I was told to fill out a warranty form, which ended up requiring a service fee. To make matters worse, I found out that the product I had an issue with had been discontinued, so I didn't have many choices for getting it fixed.
life-proof NEXT case
I recently got the life-proof NEXT case and man, what a letdown! It barely lasted 5 months of just using it normally before falling apart. The rubber started peeling and the buttons got all mushy. It's crazy to think that a fancy, pricey case could go downhill so fast with no real reason. It's pretty sad to see that a lot of these big brand cases are just trying to rip off customers with products that don't even work. Lesson learned - I won't be wasting my money on another fancy case. There are plenty of unbranded cases out there that do the job just as well for a lot less money. It's messed up how these companies can trick people and make a profit off of it.
Phone broke in case
My phone totally shattered the moment it hit the floor. I trusted that case to keep it safe, but it failed big time. Customer service tried to make it right by offering a new case, but that didn't change the fact that my screen was destroyed and cost me $800 to repair. Overall, it was a terrible decision, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you care about protecting your phone.
Broken Lifeproof case within warranty
My Lifeproof case broke way sooner than it was supposed to. I've been reaching out to them for over a month and haven't heard anything back. Their customer service is seriously falling short.
Birthday gift iPhone 5 case
I got this awesome phone case for my birthday a few months back and I was super hyped about it! But after just 2 months, the rubber part started coming off and then the screen protector fell off too. The charging port clip also broke really easily. Definitely not as durable as they claim. Really disappointed.
iPhone cover purchase
I can't believe the crazy experience I've had with this company. I ordered an iPhone cover and it's been a total disaster. At first, I got an email from their website confirming the order, but after that, things went downhill fast. Every few days, I would get another email with some ridiculous excuse for why my order hadn't arrived yet. It felt like they were just making things up as they went. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, they said they would give me a refund. I'll believe it when I see it. It's hard to imagine that a company like this even knows what they're doing.
iPhone 12 Pro protective cover
I was really disappointed with the protective cover I bought for my iPhone 12 Pro. It just didn't fit well, so there was this annoying gap between the screen and the cover that made it hard to use my phone. I had to press down super hard to get the screen to work, which was really annoying. Plus, for the price I paid, the quality was not up to par at all. I was so unhappy with my purchase that I definitely won't be buying from this brand again.
