Portable Spark Mini Amp
The Portable Spark Mini Amp has been a total game-changer for me. It got to me pretty quickly and I appreciated the heads-up about the extra grille arriving separately. The red grille looks awesome and really gives the amp a cool vibe. The construction is solid and it's so small and easy to tote around, which is perfect for someone like me just starting out. It's super convenient that it runs on USB power, so I can bring it along wherever I go without any hassle. The app was a bit tricky at first, but now that I've got the hang of the virtual pedals, I can't imagine jamming without them. All in all, the Portable Spark Mini Amp has gone above and beyond my expectations and has inspired me to step up my playing game to match its top-notch quality.
Tone machine purchase
The Tone Machine is such a game-changer for me! It's so versatile and has totally revolutionized how I make music. Not to mention, it links up so smoothly with my computer and works seamlessly with Logic Pro. And let me tell you, the Spark speaker is just amazing! The sound quality is top-notch and really brings my Logic Pro recordings to life. The phone app has been a total game-changer too. I love being able to jam out with my music library and access all those cool jam tracks. Although, I have run into some minor issues connecting with the iPhone app at times. But honestly, even with that, I'm still blown away by how well the Spark stacks up against my pricier amp modeler. It's hands down my favorite piece of gear I own now.

Spark Control purchase
The Spark Control I bought came right on time with no problems. But, man, it was tough finding simple instructions on how to use it. I had to watch a bunch of YouTube videos to really understand all its cool features.

Bias FX 2 purchase
I recently bought Bias FX 2 guitar effects software and I gotta say, it's been awesome! A fellow musician recommended it to me and it has totally blown me away. I'm still pretty new to making music, but Bias FX 2 has been super helpful in letting me try out different sounds and tones. The interface is really easy to use, so I can easily tweak and adjust my sound. The presets are a great starting point for my projects, saving me a ton of time messing with settings. Overall, Bias FX 2 has become a key tool in my music production setup.
Amp, bag, headphones.
Placed order , got confirmation email stating delivery would be april 2, follow up email stating shipment delayed at customs and should be delivered around April 07, 2021. Received amp, bag and headphones on April 11, 2021.
My personal dealing with this purchase proved professional and straight forward. I have no complaints with the purchase or receiving aspect of the deal. Cannot attest to the quality of product but it looks to be as advertised. Time will tell. As of now , I am completely satisfied with transaction.Guitar amp
At first, I hit a snag with the shipping of my guitar amp. But Ysel from customer service really saved the day and handled the problem quickly. Even though there was a little hiccup, I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase. This amp sounds amazing and has totally brought my practice sessions back to life. I'm now excited to play more than ever because the sound is so incredible! The amp went above and beyond what I expected in terms of tone and features. I couldn't be happier with the product.
Riff, Spark, BIAS FX, and BIAS AMP
Man, I gotta say, these products are the real deal! I am seriously blown away by the modeling tools you get with Riff, Spark, BIAS FX, and BIAS AMP. Being a guitarist, having all these amazing features and sounds at my fingertips has totally changed the game for me. The creativity options are endless with these tools, giving me the freedom to explore and make music in ways I never thought possible. Home studio guitar setup
Man, I watched a ton of reviews on YouTube before I bought this thing, and let me tell you, it totally lived up to the hype! The sound options are amazing, especially once I got the hang of setting everything up. And let me tell you, when I downloaded other people's setups, it really took things to a whole new level.
Portable, versatile practice amp
The amp is so versatile and dang does it pack a punch for its size. The app is a breeze to use and opens up a whole bunch of options. It's great for jamming at home or bringing it with you on the road. I don't really play gigs, but I think it could totally handle smaller venue performances.
Spark AMP, Riff, Spark Control, Bias FX 2 Mobile, Bias FX 2 LE, Bias Amp Mobile
The products seem to work well but their customer support is practically non-existent and is well known as such. My Spark Control never came with a cable to charge and I have had no luck getting such a simple thing resolved with their customer service. Returns within 30 days require all original packaging including even original shipping material/outer-box. I also am not confident a return would go through with them successfully.

Amp broken in two weeks just loud hum and static no input from guitar.. and the response time was very slow. But they gave me a shipping label to return item for repair which they didn't they just sent me a different amp.. two weeks later it breaks again with same issue so again so I sent it out. And again slow response time company is ridiculous.
Amp bag stap and head phones
Amp fine delivery shit orderd jan got amp in mid march followed by strap then bag 1week later and the headphones.... Still not had shiping confermation or naff allas of7th april total shit when one buys headhone one expects to get some headphones shit shit and even more shit
Positive Grid Spark 40
Ordered Dec 15, received Dec 21. Carrying case was included. Grounded power supply, no hum issues as have been reported by others. Don't know about their customer service but technical support using their chat function has been excellent. Great little amp. Having a lot of fun with it.
Order placed jan2021 order arived in drips and drabs in march orderd amp bag strap and head phones.... Still no headphones april 7th 2021 a tad shabby to say the least I mean we know corvid can cause delays but this is total shit

I ordered the Spark for my son for Christmas and accidentally put the wrong house number on the shipping form. I checked the status of my order and it showed that it had not shipped so I contacted Positive Grid immediately. It took 2 days for someone to get back to me and when they did they told me that the address was corrected and sent me what I believed to be a copy. Turns out they lied. My order had already shipped and delivered to the wrong address. I paid for the signature at delivery and the person who signed for it didn’t even spell the name right. Now I am out the money and someone else got my son’s Christmas gift!
Wow! I thought mine was bad... I’m so sorry! Mine isn’t arriving until after Christmas, these people suck
Spark Amp
This is a CAVEAT for all re: the Spark amp. PG's handling of my direct purchase has been ATROCIOUS! #1 - it arrived and on first plug in had such a horrible noise (ungrounded sound) that would not go away. Amp is compact enough but the settings are not that great and changing from one to another requires a complete reset of all levels. Requested an RA immediately for return and it was like pulling teeth. Finally (3 weeks later after multiple promises by multiple "customer service reps") got one and have now am getting no replies or response on WHEN they will refund my money (also promised weeks ago). A NIGHTMARE.
