Turboant scooter
I purchased two Turboant scooters and they are both defective. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks and they do not respond.
I accidentally said I would purchase this scooter again. I WOULD NOT purchase this piece of junk ever. DON'T BUY THIS SCOOTER.

I purchased a scooter for over $400, it arrived defective. It's been a month and they have still not called or resolved it for me.
DO NOT BUY
I purchased 2 scooters that arrived today. 1 arrived in working order the other was defective/damaged. I can't get ahold of anyone in customer service to initiate the refund process.

Received with one part missing- after chasing for 2 month still no reply or even instruction how to return the item. I'm £400 down and this company should be shut for the complete ifnirabce of contact.
