Graduation dress
I recently bought a graduation dress from this store, and I was really let down by how the dress turned out. It showed up in bad shape with snags in the fabric, cheap jewelry falling off, rusty hardware, and runs in the material. I spent a lot on this dress, and it wasn't even packaged well. The customer service replies were automated and took forever, and they didn't seem to care at all. Their only solution was to send the dress back, which wasn't ideal for a big event like graduation. It feels like they're trying to trick people with their products and customer service.

As a loyal customer of this company, I have to say I'm really impressed with all the different designs, styles, options, and choices they have to offer. The range of products they have always keeps me interested and coming back for more. I really like how they have contests and coupon hunts that make shopping even more fun and exciting. Although, I did run into a little problem with one of the Easter coupons missing, which was a bummer. I think the "Hot OR Not" survey is a cool feature that lets customers have a say in what jewelry should come next, it's pretty innovative and keeps me engaged.
