Lack of shipping communication
I just bought something from this company, and man, it was a total disaster. They didn't say anything about when my order would be shipped. I called their 800 number a bunch of times, but no one ever answered. Wish I had checked out some reviews beforehand - I definitely wouldn't have bought from them. No way I'm giving them my business again.

The customer service guy I talked to, let's call him Norman, straight up lied about where my order was at. I placed my order on December 29, 2021, and as of January 20, 2022, my stuff still hasn't even been shipped.

Razor and blades
I thought the razors and blades from this company were top of the line, but man was I mistaken! The handle feels like it's gonna snap in my hand at any moment, and the blades keep popping off while I'm trying to shave. The quality is just awful, I might as well just grab a cheap disposable razor. I ended my subscription and won't ever go back. Time to stick with my reliable Bulldog bamboo razor.

Poor quality clothing, misleading photos
The clothes I got online looked so nice in the pictures, but when they came in the mail, they were awful. The fabric was really cheap and the stitching was all messy. One top was even messed up with a twisted front. Turns out the company is based in China, which explains why they're so low quality. Now I'm having a hard time trying to send them back and I don't even know if I'll get my money back. Definitely a pricey mistake that I wish I didn't make.

Overpriced dress and cheap kimono
I used to be a loyal customer of this brand, but man, my recent experience totally flipped my opinion upside down. The customer service I got was like talking to a brick wall - non-existent. The prices aren't even cheap; having one item cost hundreds of dollars is no joke. But I was cool with paying for it, thinking I'd get that top-notch quality and craftsmanship the brand was famous for. Sadly, that ain't the case anymore.
I snagged a dress on sale for nearly $200, and it turned out to be three sizes too big. When I called about swapping it out or getting a refund, it was like pulling teeth. After a long chat, all I got was a store credit. I sent the dress back right away and paid for shipping myself. A bit later, I used the store credit to buy a kimono, hoping for the same amazing quality. Nope. The material sucked and the cuffs were shoddily done. When I reached out to customer service again, they bounced me around to different people and basically said tough luck, even though I raised my issues the day the kimono showed up. Total shocker.
Honestly, dealing with this brand has been a massive letdown. I'd tell anyone thinking about buying from them to think long and hard. The quality has taken a nosedive, and the customer service is nothing like it used to be.Review about: Dream Pairs

I've bought a few things from this company and I gotta say, they're pretty dependable. The stuff I got was just like they said it would be and it got to me real quick. I got some sandals and shoes and they were both good quality. I liked it so much, I told my daughter about it and now she's a fan too. I'll for sure be coming back for more shopping later on.

Adjustable standing desk converter
