Taste and texture disappointing
The bars I got were such a letdown. They tasted really bad and had a weird texture that I just didn't like at all. I was expecting them to be a lot better given the description, but they really disappointed me. And to top it off, it's so annoying that they don't give refunds.

Overpriced medium skirts, poor customer service
I recently went all out and bought a bunch of really cute medium skirts from this store, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The clothes are super adorable, but the prices are way too high. And on top of that, one of the skirts I got was huge - definitely not the medium size I had ordered. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times via email and Instagram, but no one even bothered to get back to me. So now I'm stuck with this expensive skirt that I can't even wear.

The first time I used this online international shipping service it actually turned out pretty great. The website was really easy to use, the pictures of my package were clear and useful, and the prices were fair. I liked that they offer consolidation, but there was a small problem with a broken plastic piece in transit that was an easy fix with some glue. However, my main suggestion for improvement would be to give the choice to pre-pay VAT for shipments from the UK to the EU to avoid those high fees from couriers like DPD or DHL.
