I had a really great experience at this place. I bought something but it was broken, and they were super helpful in fixing it. The owner is awesome, they took care of everything to solve the issue and I got a new item immediately. It was so cool!

Polo shirt and sneakers
I just bought a polo shirt and some sneakers from this store. The quality of their products is really great, as I expected. But man, shopping online was a letdown. The website said everything was available, but after I ordered, I got an email saying the sneakers were actually out of stock. It's annoying when inventory isn't managed well and communication isn't clear. I hope they fix that soon. At least the customer service team was helpful in sorting it out, but honestly, it shouldn't have happened at all.

Shippo is great for anyone who needs help with shipping! It's saved me a ton of time and money for my business. The only thing I wish is that they could connect with Facebook Marketplace, but besides that, it's been perfect!

The concierge service from the team was top-notch! I was really impressed by how helpful they were, especially in making sure my dad, who has trouble hearing, was taken care of. The team was so responsive and courteous, it was really outstanding. And the intro screen they added was a great little detail that made our experience even better. I'm so thankful for all the extra effort they put in to help my dad enjoy the videos. Huge shoutout to the whole team for their amazing service!

Seat covers and window/door covers
I just got some seat covers and window/door covers for my car, and I'm really excited about them! The back seat cover fits perfectly and does a great job of keeping my seat clean from all the mud and dog hair my furry friend brings in. The bucket seat cover for the front is also really nice, it's super soft and comfy. But the door covers aren't as awesome, the elastic broke pretty fast and the plastic bits are always falling off. Despite that, I'm still really happy with what I bought and the service was awesome too.

Pearls and Moissanite
Overall, I gotta say I had a really good time shopping for Pearls and Moissanite at that store. They had a wide variety of jewelry to choose from and the prices were pretty awesome. I did run into a little snag with my order, but their customer service team was on it and got it sorted out in no time. I also liked their return policy, it definitely made me feel more at ease when I was making my purchase. I'll for sure be thinking about shopping there again in the future.

Fresh coffee, technical issues
The coffee at Trade Coffee is so fresh, and they have a good variety of options to choose from. But man, I had some serious technical problems when I first signed up. My subscription never actually started, so I had to redo my taste profile all over again. Then out of nowhere, my subscription switched to a more expensive version with no free shipping after my starter pack. Plus, my order was over a week late! Not cool, man! And to top it off, the bags of coffee were smaller than advertised - only around 300g instead of 310g. It's not cool to pay almost $20 for less coffee, you know?

I just wanted to share what a great time I had shopping at this store. They have some really cool stuff with nice messages on them. I was able to find the perfect gifts for my friends and family. My daughter and I love the butterfly necklace we got, it makes us so happy. And the "I AM enough" bracelet is a great reminder to love myself and feel empowered every day. Travel booking disappointment
My experience with this company has been a total letdown. I was so excited for my first trip outside of the US, but ever since I booked it's been nothing but a hassle. I've been waiting for over a month now for a refund they promised me, and no one seems to know what's going on. It's frustrating not knowing what's happening with my money. And on top of that, the language barrier has been a nightmare. It's been tough to find someone at customer service who speaks good English. It's been a struggle getting the help I need. Overall, dealing with this company has been a huge disappointment and I won't be using them again.
