Wedding dress purchase
I bought my wedding dress from this company and it was a disaster. It looked nothing like the beautiful photo online - cheap materials and sloppy stitching. To add to the chaos, my dress came all crumpled up in a flimsy plastic bag. And on top of that, they forgot to include my wedding veil in the package. When I contacted customer service, they were no help at all and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. They just kept making excuses, saying the veil had already been shipped - so frustrating! I asked for a refund for the missing veil, but they denied it multiple times, even though it was clearly their fault. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

Travel package
I was really impressed with the amazing service we got from the company. They took care of everything - from picking us up at the airport to giving us great guided tours. Our guides knew their stuff and made sure every little thing was taken care of during our trip. And when we were in Istanbul, they even walked us to our flight check-in. It was such a fantastic experience with top-notch service all around.

Train journey without restaurant coach
During my recent train ride, I couldn't believe there wasn't a restaurant car on board. We were super thirsty during the part of the trip in Poland on the way back from Vilnius to Warsaw on a scorching hot day, and we couldn't even find water to buy. It felt like we were suddenly transported back to the communist era, with no updates given to us passengers about the lack of amenities. But our journey from Warsaw to Vilnius was totally different – it was awesome on both legs of the trip! The difference was crazy.

Hair product
I'm really upset about the customer service I got from this company. I ordered a hair product more than a month ago and it hasn't shown up yet. I've tried to get in touch with them several times, but no luck. It's so frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't make an effort to talk to its customers. When I asked them to contact the courier for me, they said no and told me to go to the post office, even though it was obviously their mistake. It's not okay for them to dodge responsibility and not help their customers.

5-day Prolong package with breakfast bars
The breakfast bars were a nice touch, but man, those Fast Bars were a total letdown. They were super dry and had this weird aftertaste that just wasn't hitting right. I bought a bunch of boxes of both flavors and now I'm bummed I can't take them back. Even my family, who usually digs nut bars, thought they were gross.

Disappointing product return experience
I agree with a lot of other folks when I say that my whole deal with trying to return a product was a total letdown. I tried to send it back because it wasn't working out for me, so I got in touch with customer service and they didn't get back to me until the very last minute of the return window. The person I talked to gave me wrong info about the return policy, saying it was too late to send it back. When I called them out on it, they tried to change the subject with some shady tactics. The whole situation left me feeling like they didn't care about me or my problem, and I was super frustrated with how unprofessional and dishonest they were acting.

The London tour had a bunch of cool routes to check out different parts of the city at my own speed. But, man, I gotta say, I was pretty bummed with the customer service. The staff seemed more interested in pushing new tickets than helping out us folks who already paid. Their lack of hospitality and friendliness really brought down my whole experience.

Cosmetic products and a light stick
I got some beauty products and a light stick from Kmall24, and it was a total nightmare. So first off, the website said I could pay with a credit card, but every time I tried, it sent me to PayPal instead. After finally giving in and using PayPal, I got an email saying one of my items was out of stock and they were going to refund me. Okay, fine, I get it. But then my order was stuck in "Processing" for over a week, and when I asked about it, they said they were having issues with stock and needed more time. I tried to cancel my order a bunch of times, but they just ignored me and sent it out without even telling me. And to top it all off, the items arrived damaged and it was obvious they weren't handled carefully. It was just a terrible experience all around.

I really like using Unbounce because it's great for making really unique landing pages that need a lot of customization. But, I've run into some issues when trying to do things in bulk like updating text, publishing, and adding new images. Because of this, I end up having to use another landing page tool to handle multiple pages for paid search and campaigns more efficiently.
