Halter/lead sets for horse rescue.
I just bought some halter/lead sets for a horse rescue I volunteer with. I made sure to put the rescue's address for shipping, but somehow it got sent to my house instead. Customer service wasn't very helpful, they just told me to redirect it on my own. That's not fair, I shouldn't have to fix their mistake! Now I have to pay extra to send it to the right address.

I recently bought some skincare stuff from this company, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how they've been working for me. As a new customer, I was really happy with my experience with this company. The customer service was super quick to respond and super helpful with all my questions. I liked that they offered a lot of options for customization, and the clothes I got were just as good as they looked online. The packaging was neat and they gave me all the shipping info I needed right on time. If I had to give them one piece of advice, it would be to try to speed up their shipping a bit. But other than that, I'm really happy with what I got and I'd definitely shop with them again.
