Heated blanket
The entire process was a total nightmare. I bought a heated blanket from this online store and it was a total headache. To start things off, the website was hard to figure out and the checkout process was a mess. Once I finally finished my order, I got a confirmation email with the wrong shipping address. I reached out to customer service right away to fix it but all I got was unhelpful and rude replies. It took days of going back and forth just to get my address corrected. When the blanket finally showed up, it was cheaply made and didn't even work right. Overall, my time dealing with Dr. Prepare was a complete disaster.

Skincare product
I had a really bad experience buying skincare products from this website. They didn't send me the item I ordered, and the customer service was just terrible. I emailed them a bunch of times but never got a response. When I called their customer service, the people on the phone were no help at all and seemed like they didn't care. I felt like they were ignoring me and not taking my concerns seriously. In the end, I lost more than $100 and was super frustrated that they didn't try to fix things. I really don't recommend buying anything from this website.

Multiple sports items at discounted prices
I had a really great time shopping at the sports store recently. I ordered a bunch of stuff online and was really impressed by how quickly it got delivered. It only took a couple of days, way faster than I expected. The delivery process was really easy too, I could even choose where to pick it up through Evri. The quality of the stuff I got was amazing, especially for the prices I paid. It was even better when I got a free mug as a gift with my order, such a nice surprise! I also liked that I could sign up for the newsletter to get updates on offers and promotions. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.

I just have to tell you, I am seriously blown away by how amazing these earrings are that I bought. The design and craftsmanship are just top-notch, so intricate and beautiful. I am beyond happy with my purchase. They came in these fancy gift boxes that were just perfect, added an extra touch of luxury to the whole thing. I really loved that.
