Custom frame order
The custom frame I ordered got here pretty quickly, but when I opened it up, it was all messed up. It felt really cheap and like it could break super easily, almost like balsa wood, and the paint was so flimsy it kept chipping off. When I tried to send it back for a refund, they told me I had to pay for the shipping, which ended up being almost as much as the frame itself. My daughter, who knows a thing or two about art as a gallery curator, took one look at it and said it was total junk. She told me from now on, I should always check with her before buying stuff like this online to avoid getting scammed. I totally agree with her. This whole thing was a real bummer, especially for an old guy like me at 76 years old.

Year Membership Rental Software
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the year-long membership I signed up for with this rental software. I found the software itself super confusing and whenever I tried to get some help, it was like pulling teeth. The real kicker for me has been trying to cancel my membership and get my money back. I put in my request way back in March, and here we are at the end of May and still no refund. I've emailed them several times, did everything they told me to do, even sent screenshots to show the problem, but nothing seems to work. The responses I get seem like they're just automated, no real person trying to help me out and get me my refund like they should. It's a real bummer that this company won't give me back my money for a service I haven't even used since March. Dealing with all this has opened my eyes to the headaches I would've kept dealing with if I hadn't decided to quit this service. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else because of the terrible customer service and their inability to give refunds in a timely manner.

Bracelet and Estée Lauder
My daughter and I went to the store in Macon, Georgia and as soon as we walked in, we were hit with this super loud music that was just way too much. It seriously made it so hard to even enjoy shopping. We managed to grab a bracelet and some Estée Lauder stuff, but honestly, we couldn't get out of there fast enough because of that crazy music blasting out of the speakers. It felt more like a nightclub than a regular store, and we were totally not feeling it.
