Photo and camera transfer tool
I recently tested out a photo and camera transfer tool from this company and I have to say, it was a complete letdown. Every time I attempted to transfer my photos, the software would crash, causing a lot of annoyance. I tried reaching out to customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, they were not helpful at all and didn't offer any solutions to my problem. I will certainly not be suggesting this product to anyone based on my experience.
